Some what but i have never seen the cost of something keep going up with no increase in value 2+2 has always been 4.
Meaning that every time you look around it cost more but the information is the same as last year and the year before, no real reason for a cost increase.

Then the debt is considered ok for families to have plus tying up present earnings to a college plan that is on the increase makes no sense.

Invest in trade school.

Librarys are free Internet is about 50$ a month. Why college?
Dojos about 100 a month.
Find an expert and wash his floors or make friends.
