Obama's America: Sears on the brink of catastrophe

I heard obama astral projected into their CEO and forced him to do dumb shit that ruined his own company.

Sears never really stayed ahead of the curve with the quickly changing market.

As much as I'd hate to see them go, they are pretty much done.

If you want Sears and Kmart not to fail, go shop there and stop shopping online. Tell all your friends to do the same.

Imagine how different things would be for Sears had they moved their Sear's catalog online way back in the day

JC Penney sells appliances now, while Sears goes down the tubes.

Hats off to Obama for running that shit store into the dirt.

Sears has been in the shitter for years. I'm shocked they're even still in business. And KMart has always been a piece of shit store. Won't miss either of them.

They've been positioning the company for this for a long time. You can now buy craftsman items at other stores, not just Sears, which tells me they will spin off Craftsman, Kenmore, and other brands as the core of what is left after bankruptcy. I doubt if their many stores or Kmart will survive though.

Tools are their bread and butter.
They need to refocus on that.

They could easily get back into that market space again on a much bigger scale.

Sears/Kmart contributed plenty to their own demise. They got no one to blame but themselves. Poor management for years.

Once they outsourced their tools, the quality dropped.

A few years back when Sears was about to go under it was discovered that the property the stores sat on was worth big bucks. The question came up as to how they could close the stores and sell off the land. A couple of money sharks moved in and that was the last I heard about it.

As much as I hate black jesus, Sears has been floundering for decades.

I've never seen more that a dozen people in my local Sears,but that's why I shop there.
