CIA told Bush there was weapons of mass destruction, how was he to know, someone should ask who these CIA guys were or was it the Secretary of State as it has been recently who changes what the President hears. Of course the congress had sign off on this before Bush ever declare the war in Iraq. That in itself made it legal. He did not do it all by himself, the congress signed of a good while before the war in Iraq. Hillary was one of the Senators who signed it. Sorry I got a headache These are the times that tries men's and women's souls! May we come though it victorious! |

He was, after all, Commander-in-Chief at the time. "In addition to former President Bush, Saleh has named former Administration officials Richard Cheney, Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice, Donald Rumsfeld and Paul Wolfowitz as defendants in the case." I hope it is determined that all of the go to full trial. We lost, officially, about 4,000 of our best in that war, not to mention all of the men who came back either with horrible wounds or PTSD. For a lie. |

"The Iraq Liberation Act of 1998 is a United States Congressional statement of policy stating that "It should be the policy of the United States to support efforts to remove the regime headed by Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq..."
