The precedent for allowing home growing pot has been set and is primarily due to pots basic level of safety and it being simply an herb in need of no further peocessing....coke and heroin are not safe, and you need a lab to make them, you can't simply grow either....you left out the crucial reason why hard drug policy is a failure...and that reason is that govts. are colluding with suppliers, they are not enforcing the laws against suppliers but just go after users and low level pushers... |
