Cutting most junk out and focusing on protein and good fats is the key. Carbs in the form of green vegetables don't count. The part where I differ is the workout. I lift pretty heavy weights for less reps, using a circuit style workout. Do push ups, dips, heavy tri press, pull ups, heavy back flies, heavy curls, heavy hammers, heavy shoulder flies, heavy shrugs, then 100 floor crunches. Repeat that two to three circuits, with about 30 seconds of rest between exercises. For legs, I do jump squats, heavy lunges and heavy calf raises. Lifting heavy tends to build and retain more muscle IMO. The lighter workouts do work, but you will not look as good proportionally. But yeah, this system is solid for weight loss and slimming down. |

I gained muscle and lost fat quickly. Felt stronger than ever. Although I very much enjoyed the eating part of your program, I could not sustain beyond 3 weeks. Digestive issues were getting too out of whack. I will try again after the holidays. Will include more supplements and digestive enzymes which I hope fixes my digestive issues |

( Low carbs, mod protein, mod fat.) It calls for more fats, but I dont do good adding fat during Keto. Not as much as they say anyways. Anyways, Start the morning with 2tbs Apple cider vinager, then 30 minutes, coffee with stevia LIQUID, not the packets, they have fillers. Then, the morning cardio blast. 16 steps up to second floor, 10 curls, down steps, back up, 10 deadlifts, back down stairs, back up stairs, ect. Curls, deadlifts, Overhead press, Tri ex above head standing, Crossbow pulldowns, Hammer curls, bent over flys, pushups, then 8 trips up and down the stairs consecutively. Doing this morning and night, 7 days a week. Meals are chicken, salad, Coconut oil, Olive oil, muscle milk pro-series low carb vanilla, 1-2 a day. Eat alot of roast beef crock potted 3 times a week, some steak, pork chops. Thru the day, I drink Cherry tart/stevia Liquid/water mix, and BCAA amino drink, 3 times a day,-- During moring steps, mid day, then during night steps. Also working out 3 times a week, with weights on large muscle groups going heavy. No carb-ups, just a pizza on Fridays, but not for 3 more weeks. I lost about 4 inchs off stomach already in 1 week, going to weigh in tonight, havent done that yet, but last i knew, 240, Male, 42yrsold, 5'11 good luck to all |

Trying to help people, I know this works, and I know it's healthy. I had blood work after 6 weeks. Blood pressure was like an Olympic athlete. That is what the doctor said. remember most people including your doctors, know NOTHING about nutrition. Plus all the crap about eating less, and the food pyramid is crap. There is no weight gainer prescribed for this. It is protein blend, no sugar, and 2grams carbs per serving. Please know what you're talking about before you post or it will be deleted. I hate repeating myself, and I am giving my time here, free of charge. I hope you understand my point. This method has been used by athletes for the last 70 years or more, mostly bodybuilders when steroids were not the rage. Yes they used 5-10 mg of d-bol and primobolan if you could afford it. but their use was minuscule, especially compared to today. The real miracle was the diet, and protein, plus the fast paced workout...NOTHING from the magazines was right, they were for saleing supplements. rodom74 |
