Was it raining when I read your post. Does it hurt that I don't give a fuck.

If you think someone is controlling your computer, you haven't walked away.

Cutting ties with people means you have nothing more to do with them. It also means that what they say or do has no bearing on your life.

I walked away from someone when I laughed at them. But they tried to implant themselves into my life and made a pest of themselves for a decade afterwards.

They had nothing to offer me to make them worthwhile. And they had even less to offer the people they wanted to meet. They were a slightly bigger fish than their friends, but that just made them a fat sardine...

People who are pests usually realize they're pests when the time comes and they question their mortality. Someone dies or they get older and finally come to the conclusion they were never getting what they wanted anyway.

Give it time OP; the person bugging you will inevitably realize you can't give them what they want and regret meeting you for all their wasted effort in trying to get at you. That happens to everyone.

Did it hurt when God fucked you real good. Oh wait that day is coming.

The former buddy who tried to get me hooked on psychedelics lives a life of poverty after taking them himself. (I know so because he's not smart enough to be able to crawl out of the gutter.)

The former childhood buddy who betrayed me got hooked on Meth.

Another childhood buddy who seemed to sought to be a part of a drug empire, only to lose everything when he fell out of favor.

The "richest" person I know. (They're not "rich" money wise, but they have lived a life of bliss. Which is more than I can say for many people with a lot more money...)

I've lived a fortunate life. But the people I see who are genuinely happy for themselves and others... Are the people with a clean conscious.

A time of impotent rage against alleged misgivings always gives rise to letting go of the problem. Whereas the power to exact revenge always leads to creating more enemies with the desire for your ruin.

People who try to drag others into the gutter, always destroy themselves. I find this to be as true as the fact I have a nose on my face.
