A DOJ investigation, kind of an oxymoron, concluded that Perez likely violated the Frederic Records Act by using a private email.

And in the spirit of CLINTON, this libertard extremist, that Obama praises up one side and down the other, refused to answer a subpoena and turn over his emails, even when Cummings demanded, what a shock!

In the deal, Perez persuaded the city of St. Paul, Minn., to withdraw a lending discrimination lawsuit before it could be heard by the Supreme Court. In exchange, the Justice Department declined to join two whistleblower lawsuits against the city that could have returned millions of dollars in damages to the federal government.

Republicans have criticized the deal, which Justice Department officials say they reached out of concern the court might strike down their use of statistics in housing discrimination cases.

Perez Used Government Account to Coordinate With Clinton Campaign

Emails could violate Hatch Act


Labor Secretary Tom Perez potentially ran afoul of the law by coordinating with Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman using his official government email account during the workday, according to emails obtained by Wikileaks.

Perez exchanged emails with Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta on December 3, 2015, just hours before the campaign released his endorsement statement.

Podesta emailed Perez asking him for his personal account at 10:25 a.m. Perez responded with his personal contact, adding “Can we catch up for a few minutes today?”

The two agreed to a phone call at 11:45 a.m., according to the emails, which were hacked from Podesta’s account and posted on Wikileaks.

Tom Perez: Liar, Extremist, Ethically Challenged


Tomorrow, Obama Labor Secretary Tom Perez will announce he is seeking the DNC chairmanship.

Perez lied about his family history in order to further a political narrative of public service. His grandfather, who he says spoke out about the Dominican dictator Rafael Trujillo, actually represented and defended the tyrant in Washington for five years before eventually heading into exile.

Perez would take the DNC even further to the left-wing fringes.

Perez is a radical on immigration, having prosecuted Border Patrol agents and served on the board of a radical group to help Central American illegal immigrants.

Perez is a radical on racial issues, having used disparate impact theory to assess civil rights and discrimination cases. Perez also dropped the DOJ case against the Black Panther Party for voter intimidation because he doesn't believe that civil rights laws can be race neutral.

Perez used his private e-mail 1,200 times to conduct official business - taking a lesson from his party's failed presidential nominee.
