Not really. As the poles continue to reverse back and forth, the tropic lines move. Not sure when the next Ice Age will be, since last one was only 10,000 years ago. But at this rate, the glacial melt can't keep up.

The article goes on to say the Sahara will be green in 15,000 years.

Only been keeping track of weather for 400 years.

Weather has been happening for alot longer. I always get a kick out of these "experts".

2016 is the hottest year ever on record.

Imagine that,weather changes.

No it's a regular 144,000 year cycle that occurs on earth. 14,000 earth habitable, fertile and NOT covered in a mile of ice. Otherwise for 130,000 years earth is a snowy graveyard, things like food production, war, civilization are nearly impossible because a mile of ice and snow covering ground tends to do that.

Fact is it's what everyone has been getting their underwear in a knot about.

While the snow in the Sahara looks pretty, understand all the crops that they aren't showing in the video are probably dead. Don't forget that for different parts of the world hold different growing seasons. Somewhere like the Sahara, that's in our 'winter', the 'winter' is their planting season for most of the crops they will survive on.

BTW If it keeps snowing come spring time they are probably going to see a flood so keep your eyes peeled come spring time.
