What do you think of philosophical naturalism?
I find it very honest, to he honest. It is not dogmatic, it doesn't require a belief system, plus scientific realism is built on its methodologies. The most important thing is, it maturely accepts the fact that nature doesn't give a shit about us humans.

What is your opinion?

Human bodies don't give a shit about other human bodies. It is the souls bound to those bodies which give a shit.

How do you know that nature as a larger body does not have a soul bound to it, or many souls which do give a shit?

Why would a soul cause all the meaningless pain and suffering, misfortune etc.

It's the truth. All so-called spiritual phenomena have their origin in material causes, but human culture has veered away from the truth and is determined to pull the wool over your eyes. Elites hold the keys to power and don't want you to have them.

Why do souls care at all like to cause joy and or suffering within other souls?

Souls are moody entities it seems. That is, if souls can cause anything at all and are not just experiencing entities trapped and bound to a body within a simulation or the thoughts of some other entity.

Re: What do you think of philosophical naturalism?
Naturalism has it origins in England, hit the scene in literature over time as well. It's mainly a school of thought that emerged out of Locke's empiricisim, which turned into methodological naturalism and ultimately triggered scientific enlightenment. Quite frankly, I think that it's the best definition of a godless nature.
