Since the people are above the gov in the U.S.A., they can nullify any law or treaty they want

Yea, if you have the force to go against them. Otherwise they will swat you like a fly.

That's why they like people divided. They have the people fighting each other.

Most of the population is not engaged with what the gov't is up to. If it was, things would have never deteriorated to the current level.

For a nation to be free and ignorant, is something that never was, nor something that ever will be. One of the founders said that and it is the case.

Technically yes but a certain minority elite tells you NO, that only they are the judges of that.

No, the gov wants people to fight each other.

For what cause and the whole of the gov wants this?

Because if the people are fighting each other, they aren't fighting them.

Whos them, the gov or someone threatening the gov?

The corrupt, criminals in charge. The ones responsible for the poisoning. The ones responsible for the human trafficking, the ones acting under color of law. Government, corporations are complicit in all of these things. That does not mean everyone in government or corporations are but it does mean many are at highest levels or none of this would be happening.

The ones committing the highest crimes on the planet and consider themselves above the laws they write for others.

Govt as currently is configured to capture and control people and resources by any means necessary.
This is old testament operating system, and is incompatible with majority control and liberty to the individuals by concensus.
the toxicity of the old testament principles cannot be overestimated.
They all required terror and tyranny to implement, using devilry to achieve every goal within.
Every concept of brutal minority control of the masses has a home in the old testament and is the reason both theocratic cultures/goverments derived from its laws make war on everyone else the contact.
There is no way to make minority control of a population a good thing which is why it always results in tyranny of the few upon the many who must be deceived, suppressed or destroyed as threats to the minority demanding absolute control.

A jury can nullify any law.

Pretty sure the judges fail to notify the jury of this little fact in all cases
