the law does allow these settlements, but its a muddy issue, so we build where the law permits, and dont build where the law doesnt permit.
its a mess of laws and legislation, and everything is done legally.
and thats because the status has not yet been determined.
because there is no resolution that says this belongs to Israel or to the fakestinians, its a no mans land.
but I remind you, after all! the land was won by Israel fair and square! if the laws werent changed just to oppose Israel, we wouldnt have been having this discussion.

That can't be right, we hear of Arabs and Jews living peacefully in that region before the creation of that bastard state. wish to argue your point? state it clearly... and if its against Israel, you will lose.
