Look, I'm a former (reformed) black hat hacker and I read the whole report. It details exactly how the emails were obtained. Half the report is telling agencies how they can protect themselves in the future.

But there is NOWHERE - ZERO mention linking Russia to any attack. So anywhere we read that Russia is behind the attack, just remember that it's Fake News. They're never linked. The White House releases a report that details how the emails were hacked, then verbally says the Russians are behind it, and lazy reporters report the story as if Russia is linked in the report.

As Rolling Stone says, the whole thing stinks.
