They have top of the line built in water purifiers and air cleaners. They can be penny pinching sometimes; I think it makes them feel better for splurging on some things. Even those who pride themselves as being good judges of character are usually a teeny bit paranoid, which is understandable. They avail themselves of methods for checking people out or have others do it for them but like many, they can be oblivious to the glaring shortcomings of their offspring. Or their pets. I refuse to contemplate the afternoon I was gassed out by a large farting poodle and nobody cared. The few truly wealthy ones I have known were hypochondriacs, but that's just my opinion.
