I never thought I would hear a black person say something like this

A few days ago I was at a coffee shop and there was a black woman sitting at a table with a group of whites and blacks. They started discussing about the police racial issue when the news came on(That's all that's on TV nowadays) Then suddenly the black woman startled into the conversation saying "You need to understand it's not cops that kill black people, it's black people that kill black people!"

I honestly didn't know what to think about this and I didn't feel like conversing with her since she seemed so upset. So I just thought I should share it with you guys
