If skin and hair don't look smooth and glowing, there's a good chance the person is not healthy. Of course, you don't get healthy skin and hair by splashing tons of cosmetics, shampoos and hair conditioners. These just mask the problem. The only way to get real healthy and glowing skin and hair is eating an exclusively plant based diet, staying hydrated at all times, getting good sleep and also getting sun on your skin and hair. Do these and you'll see your skin, hair and of course overall health improve by a great deal. |
