Let me tell you why buying a house and buying health insurance is so unaffordable

Houses and healthcare are so expensive because of creative financing. You don't have to pay for a house, only the monthly mortgage payment. The same goes for healthcare.

If you remove the financing, remove the 30-year mortgage...both health insurance and the housing market will become affordable.

The way we pay for these things is insanity. It pushes up prices to insane levels. I wish Trump will explain this to people so we can begin to actually address this problem.
