Because CNN was also reporting a alteration happening on the flight between the shooter and other passengers? And that security at the airport was not notified? And that there was a freaking gun on the plane?

Obvious error by whoever reported this. Canadian carriers are not allowed to fly US domestic routes 100% flew Delta to Minnie then FLL.

Thanks. I did read that Obamaram stated it was too soon to tell if it was terrorism, so I pretty much worked it out in my own mind.

It's a complicated procedure with lots of paperwork to bring a gun from another country into the US--and vice versa. So if he brought a gun, it was likely from Alaska. Lots of hunters take rifles and handguns to Alaska and back, and that is not a complicated procedure. No handguns allowed in Canada.

But he would still have had to check his weapon on the initial flight--if he indeed took a weapon. If he had an accomplice in FL who stashed a gun in the bathroom at luggage carousel, that would be a possible scenario, too.

I will call them as I am sure they are too stupid to check the name against any and all flights. Maybe they will give you a reward. And you then can gift something back to me.

Early on everyone but you guys determined it was not air canada, but instead a Delta flight from Alaska to I think Mineapolis and then on to Florida.
