Transgender surgery for prisoner at our expense - what the F?

I am most certainly with the murder victim's daughter on this! Why would we citizens fund this surgery? Is this another Obama liberal judge's order?


Victim's daughter says: The daughter of Quine's victim said she objects to inmates getting taxpayer-funded surgery that is not readily available to non-criminals, regardless of the cost.
