Why are South American men such white knights and so desperate for sex?

Now of course there are many men in Europe and the US and elsewhere who put women on a pedestal and act desperate, but by far the majority of men who i see behaving like complete idiots around women on social media pics, videos and begging them to marry them, and having no communication skills come from South American countries (Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela etc)

Any average or below average woman who has half naked or gym pics on social media or youtube and there will always be a flood of men from these countries commenting stupid white knight shit.

Everyone laughs at the Indians doing this stuff but they are known for being beta and awkward with women. Don't men in these countries get sex or something? I thought Latino men were supposed to be popular with women yet they always come across as desperate idiots with no idea about females online.
