To me those incoming energies feel like a light, soft, slightly cool wind that makes you feel lighter and less aware of these problems - gives you a bit of a buzz but not in the way that a microwave oven would do or wi-fi, HAARP signals and not the type of buzz in the mind numbing way of drugs or alcohol. Within that 'breeze' The mental fog starts to lift and you start to REALLY FEEL (truly at ease as we should be). The opposing negative energies feel to me like the burning, sizzling thing that happens when you hold a cell/mobile phone to your ear for too long. A very 3D energy and very harmful in the long term obviously - slows vibration. Causes joint pain, arthritis and mental fog and other dis-ease. One of the ideas with HAARP being to create a plasma shield around Earth to block all incoming energy and of course through media paint all incoming energy to be very harmful and deadly to all upon Earth.
