The rest of the huge East Field had not been planted this year and was a mass of dark soil next to the far west end wheat. Winston is an entrepreneur who develops renewable energy systems and is fascinated by crop formations. He wants to see what he can capture on infrared (IR) videotape, and the carpet of East Field wheat seemed a good place to night watch. His four cameras are Samsung 0.0002 lux infrared with 570 line resolution on closed circuit TV, mounted on a high T-bar in front of his van. Winston began filming with his IR video cameras and at 12:24 AM on July 14th, the infrared captured two flashes of light followed by two large dark spots that move around in the wheat and appear to be later joined by smaller, moving grey spots, all moving until 1:44 AM. Then the large moving anomalies disappear, after two further flashes, from the infrared videotape. Winston confirmed that on the 1:05 AM visible still and IR video images, before the disappearance of the larger spots, he could still not see any shadow or indentation in the wheat that would suggest the flash of light and moving spots had created a crop formation. But forty minutes later at 1:45 AM, the first shadow line appeared in the East Field on the infrared video that was later confirmed at 3:15 AM on Winston’s visible light camera with RGB reduced to penetrate thick fog that had gathered over the wheat. At 4:36 AM, a man and two women from Holland were walking along the edge of the East Field and walked close by the formation, detected a shadow and eventually the tightly woven basket weave circle pattern with two arcs extending from it was reported this is the crop circle [link to www.cropcircleconnector.com] |

Seriously, I do not know how to think about those orbs. I read much about this subject, they appear on my photo's too occasionally. And not all of them are made with flashlight, so no reflection. Could be dust or moist. Sometimes I shoot in revolver, multiple pictures in a small timeframe. Can dust be that fast by hot and cold airflows? A bug may be. And yes I have some experience with orbs in my room flying through stuff. |

The focus in my closed-eye meditation is similar. Stilling thoughts along with eye movement. Being able to see peripherily greater than 180^, and seeing the room with eyes closed. I also visualize breathing through my eyes. Your technique has more zazen (semi opened eyes) orientation than my yoga method. By thinking in terms of attention, it is easier to grasp the practicality of the principles, while the depth of experience can be allowed to come over time. All objects are in one of four stages: Virtually all types, styles, methods, or objects of meditation are included in one of the four stages or levels described in this sutra. At this point in the Yoga Sutras, specific objects are not being suggested. Rather, the four categories of which any and all possible objects of meditation is being introduced. Savitarka/Gross: relates to concentration on a gross object while still accompanied with other activities of the mind. This includes meditation on worldly objects, the body, sensory awareness, visualized objects, the gross level of breath, attitudes, the syllables of mantra, or streams of conscious thought. Savichara/Subtle: relates to subtle objects, after the gross have been left behind, including the subtleties of matter the subtleties of the ten senses, and the subtleties of mind as objects of meditation, inquiry, and non-attachment. Sananda/Bliss: relates to the still subtler state of bliss in meditation. In this state, the concentration is free from the gross and subtle impressions that were at the previous levels. Sasmita/I-ness: relates to I-ness, which is even subtler, as it relates to the I that is behind, or witness to all of the other experiences. |

They said it was very bright, small like yours, and had a glow (like an aura). All in all, very similar. People will wake up in their own good time. I've stopped feeling sorry for these folk, as it perpetuates their lack,(yes, lack of spiritual abundance made up for in materialistic gain) and our superiority, which is not the truth at all as we are all equal. I prefer to be humble with my peers, speak softly yet carry a big stick and teach through example. |

I feel alot of the things that are taboo now need to be lifted, it needs to be acknoledged, that is including the subject of sexuality, I know 6p posted a post about an exsperance a while ago, that compleatly blew my mind, the dynamics involved would have been extrodinary. Where are the role models for sexuality, all I see beening promoted is sex, king solomon fell to sexuality, I hope in the future we can learn from his past mistakes. I feel like stating with the word peace, it always give such happy state of mind.:) It took me a while to understand the whole "singular thought" thing darza. Singular thought is nothought. Once you stop thinking random thoughts, the only thing left is singular thought Of course you have to focus on one thought first to rid yourself of all others. I have used a few mantras in the past. Besides using a syllable given to me when I was trained in Transcendental Meditation, my favorite mantra is God is Love. I have used it in my grounding (or centering) portion in the beginning of stillness. Lately, I've been immediately zoning out and losing all consciousness like sleep but not asleep if that makes sense. |

Every moment of my life I look at as a potential lesson (as it often is), and I try my best not to pass up any opportunity given to me. I am not perfect, but I have no other choice but to learn from my mistakes and continue to walk my path.
