One does not have to walk to far down any street any where to see that folks are lost. And, when you come across someone that has been traveling towards this oneness the vibe starts to reachout long before either one gets a word out and that best part is that they are not needed.
This world is meant to be a full of joy and some have waited many lifetimes to behold it and soon these days of love will be fully realized by the masses. I can say however that it was all been worth it no matter how we got to them.

Stepping into the Unknown
Dear Family,
This month is the start of a brand new cosmic cycle that is signaling an evolutionary shift into completely unknown territories, one which will be an entirely new life experience for many of us.
During the past months especially since July, we have been teetering in between worlds resulting from a vast influx of multiple new "cosmic" frequencies and their reconnections to the axiatonal line system of our planet's consciousness grid. This is changing the fabric of time and space as we know it. This "cosmic" time alignment sets the runway for what is about to transpire which is something that has never happened before in the history of our Universe.
What this means is that this shift in consciousness gives new direction to our lives and will also directly affect the world and the global view. A shift in consciousness is not something that only happens in our mental state, but simultaneously changes the external relationships we have in the world. It is a complete change of where we, as human beings, focus our state of consciousness and its perceived identity. This will impact individual identity and the human collective group identity in a much bigger way than we have experienced before.
This current event will reposition many of us into new relationships, residences, working collaborations, reconnections and cultivate another level of spiritual "family" alliances. The Galactic (or Monadic level) soul family is reintegrating itself into a collective group pattern to manifest the next level of the spiritual mission and its group divine blueprint. This means these introductions, reuniting these spiritual families is happening in larger patterns now as it is supported by the new architectural platform of the new energy cycle. These architectural platforms are the mainframe of the mass consciousness grids that influence and direct humanity as a group consciousness. This is the next evolutionary level happening now in November and ongoing.
We need our spiritual family to help manifest the next levels into the physical as the cosmic divine plan requires us to be embodied fully in order for it to be anchored on the Earth as a reality.
This turning point of the ascension cycle is leading us into the "Changing of the Guard" and this level of the paradigm shift is a group consciousness project. We will need to clearly understand our piece of the puzzle in order to play it out. (We will be magnetized to our rightful positions, and it is not to be forced through controlling underlying agendas) However, there is a requirement in order for this to manifest in this new phase of the Galactic Consciousness cycle.
To Embody or Not to Embody?
That is the biggest question to ask your inner self at this crucial point in the timeline change now. This time will aggressively push you to ask yourself what exactly is preventing you from being authentic to yourself and others? What has shaped into your physical reality based on your unconscious belief system? Which of these impulses had you making decisions that were out of alignment with your personal truth? What have you been hiding from yourself? You have to be incredibly clear in your purpose now, your inner truth, in order to best utilize these current energies as the springboard that will catapult your new platform into a tangible reality structure in your life.
These energies in November will catalyze you into a completely new level of "support" in this reality if you understand that it is your responsibility to be completely aligned and congruent to protect the inner truth as you know it.
This means you must be "Embodied" in what you "Know" to be True.
Within this new playing field there is only "knowing" and there is NO room for rationalization stemming from denial, or attempting to think your way into a mentally perceived resolution. The rubber hits the road and you are forced to walk your walk, ready to face the mysteries of the unknown standing before you.
This means we will be given external reality experiences to challenge our inner light integrity to be fully congruent with your core god self essence. The choices will be up to you and they will take courage to make. This will be the time of the "Reality Check" and the consequences will be dramatic.
To be congruent with your soul purpose "embodiment" is being in your "core" no matter what the external environment is doing or telling you to do. Your creative expression is matched to the degree you feel the flow of joy in the moment of its expression. As you become an observer, it will feel as an ease of flow within the harmony of its natural energetic and organic expression. However to get to the ease of flow, one has to completely let go without the ego attachment needing to control the outcome or result. Only preferences will allow the ease of flow while attachments will constrict or stop the flow. This necessitates holding the observer consciousness, one that can observe the events without imposing judgment or attachment.
We will need to master this state in order to experience the smoothest pathway of evolution, the ascension timeline. We will get our needs met (not necessarily our fixed attachments to material security) and be moved out of harm's way if we learn to flow without fear and anxiety.
To Know Thyself
To be congruent with your soul purpose and to embody that intelligence directly requires self inquiry. To Know Thyself, is an adage that directly applies in this new energy cycle as it requires you do the inner work that will surface the contents of your inner being to your conscious awareness. It is only then you can choose to participate with that awareness, or not, and this is the piece that takes courage. Courage is to trust in the process and commit to reflect the core essence of your divinity as your first priority. If you can discipline yourself to manage this, your experience will be much smoother as you move forward.
Many times a person who aspires to achieve goodness in the world, is driven into actions that are completely incongruent to their core being and soul purpose. They are not directly choosing to be incongruent with their soul harmony from a conscious choice they are making. IT is simply a direct byproduct of not knowing what they do not know, yet, which means they have not delved deeper into themselves to have the exacting clarity on the contents of their own being. Many times they are only reactive to mental programs that control their behaviors in the external world.
If we strive to know the contents of our own being, then we will be able to have the responsibility to direct our personal power and become able to spiritualize our life choices. This is the "wisdom" piece that is required at this time for us to advance in this first wave of the changing guard. More waves will come, however there is a momentum to this energetic wave that will carry us if we are able to recognize it and take responsibility for our actions and personal energies.
If we have huge blind spots that cripple us in expressing the core truth, then we will be corrected. If you have been engaging in destructive, addictive or unconscious behavior you will be corrected. Additionally, relative to the degree you have carried actions with consequences that impact others, such as healing groups and intentional communities - they will also be impacted and corrected. Correction is the rapid return of the imbalanced or mis-qualified energies to your field that results in a direct consequence to your action.
This is the Universal Law's benevolence giving us the opportunity to become more in alignment to the process of our "embodied "divinity.
We will thank our lucky stars we are doing this now instead of later, as the amplification of polarity will only increase later. It is suggested we DO this inner work now, pay attention and not procrastinate.
Understand that the Natural Laws of the Physical Universe is such that it is our responsibility to direct energies, accountable to where we focus and place our attention and this will continue to be under scrutiny with the new cosmic energies. This is not coming from judgment by any stretch of imagination, only that congruency in what is being represented is a prerequisite to move through this next cycle easily. This natural "law" has not been as tough on us as it is now, as these energies are acting as a "taskmaster" forcing us to do the inner work. This is similar to a "Saturn Return" in our personal astrology chart. Which means that what is hidden or not in integrity with what is being represented will be increasingly apparent to whomever is the "watcher" and corrections will be made almost on the spot.
Note: We are going to need some tools to support us during this next cycle. The end of this newsletter includes guidelines to utilize as a practice to develop your personal energetic mastery.
Frequency of Unity Intelligence
Additionally, as one spiritually advances to be congruent and aligned into the monadic embodiment, the frequency of Unity (Love) emits as an intelligence field from the being. This means that the field of energetic intelligence, a consciousness field of "Unity" rearranges and reorganizes any discordant energetic pattern in the environment. This "consciousness technology" results when a physical being has embodied its monadic level of consciousness and is congruently aligned with its god purpose. It's a byproduct of embodied divinity.
The more out of integrity a person, place or thing is with its natural harmonic core expression, the harder it will be for that person, place or thing to remain 'hidden" in the façade it has created as the illusion of its perceived physical identity.
The New Energy of Unity, the Frequency of Unity is a frequency of "Truth" Vibration as directed by Source energy. No words are needed to express, as this is strictly an "embodiment" of truth presence. This level of love frequency can only be directed through a physical vehicle that has been largely freed (purified) of ego constraints and desires. The process of Inner Alchemy through polarity integration is what is necessary to purify the physical vehicle to the extent that finally the healed unified energy template of the Cosmic Christ Consciousness Form can embody. The physical vehicle can now be utilized as a channel of Unified Source energy, and the template (and its nervous system) is healed at a level it is finally able to direct this intelligence field.
Those that are now remembering to embody this love vibration are being asked to step up and hold the "New Energy" reality space and watch the old ego system around them self destruct. As you become aware of the intentional field of Unity coming through your body in service to the Divine, the channel of your being is flowing in congruence to the Energetic Reality of Love.
The Power of this Energetic Principle in Action is more Profoundly Transformative for our planet than anything else we could ever fabricate.
5 Pillars of Realizing Purpose
We are governed by Energetic Laws of Principle and Consciousness in this Multiverse. Here are 5 Pillars towards realizing your purpose and reinstating your divine blueprint towards Cosmic Consciousness. We are entering entirely new territory, new fields of reality and new purpose. Yet these are still the foundations to help us remember how to focus our consciousness and create a smooth transition for ourselves. First Triad of Spiritual Awakening
How do we support harmony in our consciousness shift within these tumultuous energies? Most of us are undergoing the tests of personal mastery with how we direct our mental and emotional focus. This process is how we transcend the "personality ego program" which consists of the first three layers (3D) of our chakra/auric system. These are suggested guidelines on how best you may utilize your energy in directing the focus of your consciousness during these times:

Merging our
Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine
November opens with a bright potent Full Moon on Nov 2nd to literally "light our path" for the coming month. The Cosmic Pulse is quickening and we are standing once again at a momentous opportunity for further growth and expansion of consciousness.
The influx of christed diamond light since September and the 9/9/9 Crystalline Transmission has been activating our crystalline lightbody for further transformation. This activation carries with it the excitement we have with our cells for our spiritual evolution and the same time surfing the waves of polarity, that is the construct of our 3D realm.
We are awakening to our crystalline nature, our lightbody is the first to receive the sacred divine light, which in turn merges with our physical, emotional, mental and spirit bodies. Our DNA and cells spin faster and purge our wounded or dense parts, not unlike the spin cycle in a washing machine.
This in part is the roller-coaster we feel from the current energy and its constant "upgrade" to our systems. Our spiritual self is excited and can feel the quickening of our cosmic pulse, our human self feels a gambit of emotion as we surf the waves of polarity - trying on a daily basis to be "in it but not of it".
The path of Mastery is not for the faint hearted, yet our transformation and awakening is at the core of our powerful urge to transmute ALL energy accumulated from this lifetime and others. Within each of us is the sacred feminine and the sacred masculine - this is not a gender issue. Over the past several years the increased frequency of light on our beloved Mother Earth has brought forth the awareness of these seemingly polarized aspects.
During the fall of 2008 I began to feel the presence and energy of beloved Magdalen. Softly her energy became part of my dream time and meditations and then eventually into my sessions with clients. She explained her timing was to help heal and honour the god/goddess in each of us. I know many lightworkers have worked with her for years, but for me this was a personal journey of healing that would hopefully be reflected in my work with others.
Gratefully her energy and guiding hand have been in each article I have written this year, as well as the Goddess workshop I am presenting next week in London. The Magdalen Flame is the embodiment of the Sacred Feminine and Sacred Masculine in perfect balance, and marks the beginning of the new earth. As each of us heals our wounded feminine and wounded masculine we can further merge or unite the christ flame and magdalen flame and mirror them with our personal and collective relationships.
The 11/11/11 ( Nov 11, 2009) is numeric sequence of codes that message directly to our DNA at an atomic cellular level. It awakens and unites the many energy facets or fibres that weave together our energy matrix and divine cosmic blueprint.
The 11/11/11 transmission is being received through the trinity sequence of the master number 33. The 33 vibration is often referred to as the "christed light" and this particular alignment de-codes the DNA frequency of our God/Goddess. The transcended light of this transmission unites the crystalline transmission of the 9/9/9 ( Sept 9, 2009 ) and will be with us for the entire month November.

November will once again highlight all forms of relationship as we continue to marginalize our polarity and hold a newer perspective from the heart. Every relationship - no matter what the form, starts with two parts that when brought together form a third energy. This is the trinity that is held within all creation. Often in our relationships we focus on the first two parts and forget that third energy, which if left unattended can become unbalanced. During the completion of November and December, we will be offered a grand opportunity to be cognisant of our trinity and move with great consciousness in our 3D lives.
The clarity and comfort comes from walking within our heart, and living from that sacred space. The energy of Magdalen will play a vital role is allowing us to feel safe during the coming weeks of deep examination and change.
As difficult and taxing the chaos on our planet is, each of us volunteered to be apart of this amazing process on our Beloved Mother Earth. It is not easy and takes great tenacity and courage to keep shining our light and living in our heart.
Fundamentally all of us want to feel safe and secure in our 3D lives and invest our energy in the expansion of our consciousness and our ascension process. We are each a shining bright light of infinite energy and potential. Our cosmic blueprint is modelled on joy, love and endless light. We are all learning about ourselves and each other as we walk this path.
The coming weeks will be energetically intense and exciting at the same time. I recently read a quote from Esther Hicks the channel for Abraham - it fits the coming month perfectly:
"Just do your best to keep yourself in balance. One of the first things that causes Energy misalignment, is asking or demanding too much of yourself in terms of time and effort. The library of The Royal Observatory in Edinburgh holds one of the finest collections of early astronomical books and manuscripts in the world, collected by Lord Crawford in the 19th century. He left them to the city on condition that they built an observatory to house them. Being civilised, the city fathers did. So there I was on Tuesday, touching the vellum of a 13th century manuscript of Alhazen, another of Aristotle, and then a first edition of Copernicus' De Revolutionibus and one of Kepler's Nova Astronomia. In the shelves on the wall were Galileo's works.

We were meant to be making a radio programme – an interval talk for Radio 3 – but the producer and I and our guest Ken MacLeod just frolicked round that room of priceless books like salmon woken by a spate. Serious work was impossible for a while. There was nothing to say that was adequate in the face of so much beauty and so much history; for anyone who writes, the feel of a physical object which has been read for 800 years is a quite extraordinary thrill.
Alhazen is almost forgotten now, and Aristotle little read or acknowledged outside the Roman Catholic intelligentsia. But when those first manuscripts were only three hundred years old, the books which we all know have changed the world were published. First there was Copernicus – the library has a first edition of his book, although there are only 276 known in the world. Then came Kepler's Nova Astronomia and his Harmonice Mundi, the books in which he laid out his three laws.
These really are the books which ended the medieval world view. But what they did not represent was a struggle against religion, or "the church". Copernicus, of course, was a canon. Kepler was extremely devout. As a Lutheran, he was under suspicion at the court of the Catholic Holy Roman Emperor, Rudolph I; he was also under suspicion from his own side for being too friendly with the Calvinists at university. There's no doubt at all that he was trying – like Newton – to understand God when he was trying to understand the heavens.
What is more interesting is to consider the kind of understanding, and the kind of God, which he had in mind. And here, I think, the clue is to be found in the decorations and the illustrations of his books. The margins of Kepler's Harmonice Mundi contain numerous snatches of musical notation (he had read, and profited from, a book on music by Galileo's father). For Kepler, harmony was "geometrical proportions which he finds reflected everywhere, the archetypes of universal order, from which the planetary laws, the harmonies of music, the drift of the weather, and the fortunes of man are derived." to quote from Arthur Koestler's history of the cosmology, The Sleepwalkers. Koestler continues:
These geometrical ratios are the pure harmonies which guided God in the work of Creation; the sensory harmony which we perceive by listening to musical consonances is merely an echo of it. But that inborn instinct in man which makes his soul resonate to music, provides him with a clue to the nature of the mathematical harmonies which are at its source. The Pythagoreans had discovered that the octave originates in the ratio 1:2 between the length of the two vibrating strings, the fifth in the ratio of 2:3, the fourth in 3:4, and so on. But they went wrong, says Kepler, when they sought for an explanation of this marvellous fact in occult number-lore. The explanation why the ratio 3:5, for instance, gives a concord, but 3:7 a discord, must be sought not in arithmetical, but in geometrical considerations.
It's clear, I think, that what drove Kepler on through years and years of immensely tedious work – endless calculations of spherical geometry without even logarithms to help him – was the belief that there would be a harmony revealed, a single chord that might summon the whole universe to order and to resolve its horror. Without it, he would never have persevered, and never have discovered the three laws which bear his name.
But the laws, as we would now understand them, are buried in the beauty. What Kepler thought he had really found was something even more remarkable: to quote Koestler again,
Saturn, for instance, when farthest away from the sun, in its aphelion, moves at the rate of 106 seconds arc per day; when closest to the sun, and its speed is at maximum, at 135 seconds arc per day. The ratio between the two extreme velocities is 106 to 135, which only differs by two seconds from 4:5- the major third. With similar, very small deviations (which were all perfectly explained away at the end), the ratio of Jupiter's slowest to its fastest motion is a minor third, Mars' the quint, and so forth. The extreme values yield in fact the intervals of the complete scale. But not enough: if we start with the outermost planet, Saturn, in the aphelion, the scale will be in the major key; if we start with Saturn in the perihelion, it will be in the minor key. Lastly, if several planets are simultaneously at the extreme points of their respective orbits, the result is a motet where Saturn and Jupiter represent the bass, Mars the tenor, Earth and Venus the contralto, Mercury the soprano. On some occasions, all six can be heard together.
I have no idea whether anyone has tried to write music based around this discovery; and I assume, though I have not checked it, that the subsequent discoveries of Uranus and Neptune (as well as the discovery, and then the undiscovery of Pluto) would introduce some horrible noise to the concert. But it was absolutely true as far as it went, and for Kepler the musical aspect was as true as the mathhematical one. Neither was a more profound description of reality, though both, of course, were deeper and truer than the world as it presents itself to our gross senses.
This isn't a claim that all scientists are fired by a passion for God, or by imagination. Of course they are all animated by their imaginations: everyone is. The dream of a world containing only facts is itself an imaginative construct. But to say this is to deny that there is a single imaginative temperament, or that imaginative people will come to see the world the same way. And it's manifestly not true that all scientists care for God; in fact I think the discovery of DNA was at least partly a consequence of Francis Crick's ferocious atheism.
So the longing for harmony drives only one possible scientific temperament, as it drives one style of religious thought. You can be a great scientist without that passion. I think Darwin is a good example: he had what Stephen J Gould called a pluralist imagination. Conversely, you could be a driven by a passion for order and harmony and partly for that reason be a bad scientist. But the division goes back at least as far as Plato and Aristotle. But it does not divide science from religion, nor even good science from bad. It just suggests something of the extraordinary richness of history, and of the complexities of our engagement in the world.
Kepler finished Harmonice Mundi in 1618 just as the thirty years' war was breaking out. The population of his native Germany would be reduced by a third in the rest of the century. Nothing so terrible would happen there again until 1945. But at the end of the book, he allowed himself one great triumphant shout:
In vain does the God of war growl, snarl, roar, and try to interrupt with bombards, trumpets, and his whole tarantantaran. .. Let us despise the barbaric neighings which echo through these noble lands, and awaken our understanding and longing for the harmonies.
And that's a voice, and a longing, we can hear just as clearly now.

I am still studying the Mayans. Recently i found a link between Lemuria-Tamil-Shiva-Mayans. Kali yuga seems to have started 3115 BC, the death of Krishna etc. Now we are on the verge of Sat yuga, of that i am sure. Sat in Sanskrit refers to being. The age of being.
I am now watching Lungold's "the evolution continues". It all fits. In my life and from more i know really big changes started with the aug 1999 eclips. According to Calleman/Lungold the Galactic cycle started 4 jan 1999. Close enough for me. Changes accelerated 20 fold according to C/L. If evened out i can see that in my own life, a big number anyway. lol
That would mean the next major acceleration of change is very near. Could be feb 2011, roundabout there.
With the 6th night. As i understand it there will be destruction of that which is artificial like money and restlessness. A cooperation between the priests/politicians and the asleep. This will create the fire, the energy for beings to realize there full potential without doing anything. Just allow the process to happen and follow intuition in creating our own experience. As your levels of consciousness continue to grow exponentially, you are effectively lifting others up with you. This is resulting in rapid changes in your mass consciousness, and you are able to cut your ties with the lower vibrations more easily. As you do so it is taking away power of the dark Ones to hold people back, and they can awaken to their true selves. The dark Ones have systematically made you feel inferior, and reliant on their support and direction in your lives. In so doing they have controlled you for their own purposes, and kept you from the truth about your creative powers. However, you are learning quickly that your future is in your own hands, and denying them further control over you. You are claiming back your rights to freedom from their oppression, and helping create the energies for change. What you now see is a chaotic state on Earth, yet out of it shall come the new energies that will speedily raise you to new levels. So, we can talk of First Contact that is coming as the result of your dedication to overthrow the dark Ones, and foil their plan for your enslavement.
You Dear Ones over many lives have been coming to Earth with the intention of bringing Light to shadow world. There has always been a long-term plan to help you rise up, and many of you here today have been responsible for the success in changing the balance in favor of the Light. It is really only in the last century that you have achieved a massive breakthrough, and it set the stage for the final thrust towards total freedom. Success may still feel as though it is far away, but with the full co-operation of the various councils that oversee your evolution, it is much nearer than you could imagine. You chose to be here to experience it, and be part of the final chapter in the cycle of duality. Many, many souls sought such an opportunity, but your presence means that you were more suited to the occasion and brought with you a wealth of experience. The dark Ones have no real answers when competing with the Light, and for a long time feared the success you have achieved. They knew it was inevitable, but true to their colors they obstinately refuse to recognize their demise. Is it not ironic Dear Ones, that they are now the ones who are in a state of fear after having used it as a weapon against you.
We may frequently refer to the Dark Ones but we do not judge them, and that will be left for their own self-judgement when their time is also finished in this cycle. We would ask you to be forgiving, as would be expected from those who have moved into the Light frequencies and carry the truth with them. All souls are equal and loved by the Creator, who does not punish the errant ones as some believe. Each of you has had experiences of the dark and Light, because that is the reason you entered this cycle. Experience means progress and is your pathway back to the Light that knows no equal. You have so much to learn, and Ascension will be your first major step towards a true understanding of your purpose for being here. You will also learn of the continuing plan for your greater evolution in the higher realms. You are not afloat like a cork aimlessly bobbing up and down in the sea, but have a clear course mapped out ahead of you and we shall steer you towards it.
You are quickly awakening with a good appreciation of where we fit into your lives. We have been with you all along, and with our coming openly with prior announcement you will soon accept that we are one family within this Universe. All life is interconnected from the consciousness of the smallest particle to the complete Universe, and it is revered for that reason. It is therefore sad to see how some of you view other people as different simply because of their appearance or beliefs. Allow for freedom of choice, as each has chosen their own place and time for their experience. Help each other as you would your own family, and soon there will be a totally new feeling of Oneness. You are capable of it and more, but your feelings have been frozen out by your experiences at the mercy of the dark Ones. A new day is opening up when all shall start to change at a pace that will surprise you. Everything has been planned for a long time for this very occasion, and there is absolutely nothing that is beyond our handling abilities or resources. We know that some of you question it, as you are not familiar with our advanced technologies or our high level of co-operation with our Federation members.
Most of you shall see it all come true within your life span, and it will be as if the nightmare has turned into a pleasant dream. It will be more of course, because we are talking about your reality and uplift into an entirely new dimension of Light. Truth is stranger than fiction, although your authors such as Arthur C. Clarke were inspired to incorporate true facts in their stories. Over a long period the battle for your minds has been at this level, and it has been necessary to overcome the fearful stories about Space Beings with series such as Star Trek. In the end you decide what to believe, but with our coming there will have to be re-think on the part of many of you. You will quickly find acceptance of us, as our intentions will be seen as peaceful and for the good of all.
Be of good cheer, and when the opportunity arises share your knowledge about coming events with those who express some interest. Try not to flood someone with too much information at the time; it may otherwise cause them to ignore it all. We can tell you that the consciousness levels have risen much higher in the last year than any corresponding period. They will of course continue at an ever-increasing rate, and those of you who are sensitive to them will register the difference. We can record the levels so we can assure you that there are enormous advances being made, and exactly as we expected.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and have learnt so much from you about Human’s and their ways. There is nothing like first hand experience which is why you have entered the cycle of duality. You may wonder why you did so, but for a real evolutionary step of some significance there is little that will match it. It will be so wonderful when you hang up your duality hat, and we shall be with and join your celebrations. Keep your sight on your goal and never look back.

Is it a long walk, a bouquet of flowers, the smell of fresh air? A long cup of tea with a friend, a relaxing massage? Do you manage to carve out some time here or there to feed your soul? You may be busy doing for others, but the most important person you need to do for is yourself. You must be selfish so you are healthy, strong, mentally and emotionally fit so that you can then be selfless. You must know your boundaries so you do not give so much away that there is nothing left; you must rest when weary and not push yourself to exhaustion; you must take some time to laugh and play so that you have balance in all aspects of your life. Five minutes, ten minutes, thirty minutes...create some time to feed your soul on an irregular or regular basis. You are worth it and you are the only person who can do it.
