WHILE ON THE WAY TO ASCENSION

Beloved masters, what is it that you are most concerned with at
this time? What is it that you cannot seem to overcome or find an answer
that will explain the stressful situations that constantly plague you? For
those of you who have been on the path of awareness for some time, it seems
as though you are at a dead end and no matter what you do or don't do, you
cannot get past the persistent obstacles that are creating so much dismay.

We have emphasized many times that you are in the midst of an
intense, very important transformational process. Many of you have moved
into a cycle whereby your strongest core issues are rising to the surface so
that, once and for all, you can neutralize the discordant energies/thought
patterns that are causing such turmoil, so that they can be transmuted back
into their original form: pure Light Substance. The path of ascension has
many stages and initiations which can manifest as periods of intense study,
growth and expanded awareness, followed by times of assimilation when it
seems as though you have moved into a null zone of stagnation or back into
chaos. The pulse and heartbeat of our Father/Mother God create cycles of
varying degrees, and every living thing is attuned to rhythmic cycles of
some kind or another. As you move into the formulation of each higher
sub-dimensional environment, you will find that the cycles of experience and
manifestation are speeded up considerably.

More and more Soul groups are coming together on Earth at this
time. Therefore, it is important you understand that a group of Souls will
consist of people who are at various stages of en-Lighten-ment, and each
person has gifts of varying degrees to contribute to the whole. Each group
comes together for specific reasons. Some have been and are being reunited
with close members of his/her Soul family in order to give and receive
support. Many are brought together because of group missions they have
assumed. Time and time again, while on your journey throughout the universe,
you have answered a clarion call to unite with a greatly diversified group
of Souls in order to assume an important mission at some future time and
place. Some of you are fulfilling more than one important mission during
this special time on Earth. For others, it is somewhat of a reward lifetime,
whereby, seemingly novice initiates are being supported and assisted by the
more advanced members and are given the benefit of the group's wisdom and
Love/Light. Be assured that those dear Souls have given the same service in
the past, and at a Soul level they have already met the requirements of an
initiate on the Path. Possibly, they need only a little nurturing, training
and assistance in order to remember who they truly are. Some progress so
swiftly that they are given a Divine Dispensation of Love/Light so that they
may quickly step into their true roles as Self-masters, teachers and
wayshowers.

Some groups go quietly about spreading Love/Light and wisdom
amongst their family, friends, neighborhood and local areas of influence.
They spread and share their loving energy as they tranquilly go about living
and being examples for others to emulate. While other groups become leaders
and talented teachers and are destined to have a broader range of influence,
possibly even worldwide. The more diverse a group is, the greater their
potential influence on those around them will be, for they embody a
well-rounded range of experience and wisdom to impart to others.
Allow us to take you on a journey, as we give you a mind picture
of what ascending humanity is experiencing at this time. Imagine that you
are viewing a very different reality from our vantage point, as we observe
the ascension process that is taking place on another planet. We of the
higher realms have the ability to sense the feeling nature of the people, as
well as see the vibrational patterns that their thoughts and actions convey.
Colors are more vivid and each person's auric field can be seen by all and
is considered to be a normal attribute. However, the people did not
understand the meaning of the auric field.

We will focus on a group of Souls who are traversing the path of
ascension together. The first scene we view consists of a small secluded
village within a valley, which is surrounded by mountains. The villagers
are simple people and there is not much contact with the outside world.
There are many humble dwellings scattered about the valley and most all of
the inhabitants have to struggle in order to eke out a living. The land is
infertile and the weather is harsh and unpredictable. The people are
suspicious of each other, and there isn't much interaction or cooperative
effort for the common good. However, there are three families who had built
their dwellings close together, further up the side of the mountain, a short
distance from the village. They share water from a nearby stream and also
share the fruits of their labor with each other. They often gather to
discuss their problems and give thanks for the bounty they receive. They
begin to notice that everything is a little brighter and more harmonious on
their mountainside.

There is always a slight haze hovering over the valley, and the
few times any of the mountainside group had gone down into the village, it
seemed the people were even poorer and more unhappy than before. They also
resented and were inhospitable to outsiders, and there was an aura of
sadness and despair in the atmosphere. After a time, the members of the
higher Soul group stopped going to the village. They found that they could
produce all that they needed to live simply and in comfort. Gradually their
numbers grew to form a new village; however, with the expansion came new
tests and challenges for the people.

As time went by, several of the more advanced Soul group became
restless and discontented. They knew there must be more to life than living
and dying in a small secluded village, so they decided to climb the mountain
to see what the world was like beyond the mountaintop. Their journey was
arduous with many detours and challenges along the way. However, the group
found if they were patient and worked together to resolve their problems and
pooled their resources, the way became easier. Slowly, but surely they made
progress until they reached the mountaintop, where they discovered there was
a village somewhat like the one they came from, but even better. The people
of this village had skills the group had no knowledge of, and they created
many useful items to make life easier and more comfortable.

Our Soul group of travelers were slowly integrated into the
village, and before too long they had learned many of the skills and special
talents the villagers shared with them. Life was not perfect, however, it
was much better than in their previous village, and so a few in the group
decided to stay in this village, even though there were some negative
aspects with which they must contend.

The rest of the Soul group decided to continue their journey
down the other side of the mountain. The valley floor was at a higher
elevation than their original village, and life was somewhat better, but
there seemed to be many minor conflicts and discontent among the villagers.
There seemed to be a lot of jealousy and envy, and there was somewhat of a
cast system, whereby some of those who were talented or gifted with beauty
of face or form, or had a special skill, acted as though they were superior
to the rest of the people. Also, one of the villagers' favorite pastimes
was to gossip about their neighbors or to ridicule their beliefs and habits,
especially if they were different from their own.

After a brief time, some the group quickly picked up the
negative habits and became caught up in the competitive atmosphere of the
village, while the rest of the group remained as outside observers and soon
came to the conclusion that this was not a place in which they wanted to
settle. They left the village without looking back, focusing their vision on
the next mountain peak and the gifts it might have to offer.

Thus began the never-ending cycle of experiencing life in a
specific frequency-level environment to gain knowledge and wisdom in order
to become a candidate for ascension into the next higher realm of existence.
After you, as an aspirant on the Path, have been gifted with the talents and
knowledge of each higher level of awareness, you are forever changed.
Thereafter, you must traverse the valley of your new reality until you have
cleared and harmonized any incompatible vibrational patterns from within.
That is why, sometimes, after you have gained a new level of Beingness, for
a brief time, it seems discord and challenges reappear in your life for
resolution. After your Energetic Signature becomes compatible with each new
dimensional level, you are ready for the challenges of the next mountain.
Know this, when you have heard and answered the clarion call of your own
Soul, nothing can stop you from seeking the path which eventually leads to
en-Lighten-ment, for a Divine discontent will plague you until you do.

Beloveds, those of you who have climbed the great mountains of
life repeatedly, and traversed the diverse valleys filled with shadows,
tests and trials are now bringing forth into your consciousness the deepest
core issues from within your Being. Before you incarnated, you were
determined to resolve these issues in this lifetime, for you knew that in
order to attain Self-mastery once more, you must gain a certain level of
balance and harmony within. Remember, you are not being punished and you
are not doing anything wrong if you are endeavoring to do and be your very
best. Once you awaken to the God Spark within your Sacred Heart, you will
never again be placed in circumstances which are insurmountable. You will
always experience tests, challenges and circumstances to help you awaken to
the great potential within and to move beyond the illusion of the lower
planes. You must always strive for the highest and best solutions.

We understand that one of the most difficult tasks is gaining
control of your feeling nature and emotions. It is important that you clear
the atmosphere around you of discordant vibrational patterns every day so
that you can stay empowered within your Sacred Heart and Solar Power Center.
You are creating a new chapter in your ledger of life each day. Will that
chapter be on the positive or the negative side of the ledger? Remember, it
is permissible and important that you blaze the Violet Flame of
transformation back through the history of your lifetime, thereby erasing
cause, core, record and memory of any discordant energies of the past. The
Violet Flame is the gift of transformation and will help you move from the
wheel of Karma into a state of Grace. Diligently use the Violet Flame to
erase all negative actions, or you must face and rectify your own
miscreations via cause and effect situations. Learn to love your
miscreations free. Force or resistance will only strengthen any negative
thought forms. Follow the nudgings of your Soul and Higher Self, and do not
be swayed by popular opinion. You must strengthen and learn to listen to
your own inner Divine sense. Your body is a sounding board. It is a tuning
fork on a certain wave length, which makes up your Energetic Signature. If
your life is filled with chaos and painful events, raising your
consciousness will lift and harmonize the wave patterns of your Energetic
Signature, and your life experiences will also become more balanced,
satisfying and enjoyable.

Beloveds, you are in the critical times which have been foretold
for many ages. However, there is also more help available to you than ever
before. The heavens have opened and the precious elixir of Life is pouring
forth upon all Creation. This may seem like an impossible concept, but we
tell you, you do not have to make this journey of life alone. Keep your
eyes focused on the mountain top, as you stay centered within the God power
of the moment and you will not be led astray. You have the potential to
become physically vibrant, emotionally fulfilled, mentally aware,
financially abundant and spiritually en-Lighten-ed. It is your Divine
Birthright to experience your life's journey in the physical realm to the
fullest. You were designed to savor and enjoy life each day with passion,
to experience physicality with full awareness and conscious intensity. Your
earthly sojourns were not meant to be filled with pain, suffering and
deprivation. It is your choice whether you experience life on Earth as a
heavenly place or as a hellish nightmare. Allow us to show you the high
road and Light the path before you. You are loved most profoundly. I AM

Been here and there. Mostly there. The Nikkei is down about 300 and it's not even Sake time (rice wine). Doesn't look good for the Dow tommorrow. I just wish the TARP bubble would burst like a ripe pimple.

Every time they pump more air into the balloon I can't help but cringe. . . . the bigger it gets the louder it's going to explode. And people will get hurt. Many will die even.

But I'm with you, the sooner the better. Ya think we'll live that long?

Polaris: February 2010: Flow Into Assimilation

The theme for this month is Flow. When we speak of Flow in this context, we speak of the ability you all have - perhaps something unique to your species, at least in your way of doing so - of assimilating yourselves into that which surrounds you. In other words, you take in the energy of what is around you and breathe it into yourself, sometimes quite literally, creating an ever-changing new organism with each breath.

When we speak of "what is around you" we mean this:

* The literal air and all it contains: particulate matter, the pheromones of nearby lovers, the scent of the pot roast bubbling on the stove in your kitchen.

* Visual stimuli: the flowers in a vase on your table, the piles of clutter on your desk, the view outside your window.

* Clothing and furniture: the touch, smell, and feel of what touches your physical body.

Energetic information: every tangible item or person (or non-human being, such as pets, plants, and stones) has with it an energetic signal, and this you also take in.

Each of these things that you take in, the actual tangible things as well as the energetic information, also contains within it all the memories you have ever experienced of similar such things. When you observe the vase of flowers on your table and take that into your being, you take with it the memory of all flowers in vases you have ever observed, and all similar-colored flowers you have observed growing, perhaps, in gardens, as well as the memories that come flooding into you with the scent of flowers, the color of flowers, and the feeling of warm sun on your back as you, perhaps, once walked through a garden filled with flowers.

What does this mean to you this month, and why is February any different than any other month in this way? Because it is this month that the level with which you assimilate into your surroundings increases, something on the order of tenfold to one hundredfold. This is a significant change, and it marks the very beginnings of what will come to be known as global collective consciousness. This collective consciousness already exists, of course - you are already inextricably intertwined with seven billion other lives going on around you - but what is beginning to occur starting now is that many of you are becoming consciously aware of this connection in ways you had not been in the past.

Let's look at the Haiti earthquake as an example. When this occurred, people immediately thought consciously of other "big" tragedies that had occurred within their memories, and rather than staying in that energy of helplessness, felt a compulsion to create action instead. This is a change. It's not to suggest that fewer people gave to the Red Cross, for instance, after the Twin Towers fell down in 2001, but with that action there was an associated helplessness. The energy around Haiti is more practical, as we see it. This may not be reflected in the media attention, which as we see it is still quite narrow in scope, but because overall you all have a greater level of awareness of this global collective consciousness, the actual actions being taken are by far more helpful on a practical basis.

Notice that assimilation can bring up reactions, and reactions will vary from person to person. Some people are quite comfortable feeling more conscious of the energy of everything around them, but others will feel bombarded, invaded, and threatened as their sense of "personal space" expands. If you find yourself feeling ill at ease this month, perhaps with an unnamed sense of dread, or memories of some past feeling of violation, try this exercise to help you feel safe in a sea of sensation:

Stand with your eyes closed and your feet comfortably apart. Breathe through your nose and out through your mouth, lips slightly parted. Breathe now into your solar plexus, your 3rd chakra.

As you breathe, feel it expand and contract. Up and down. In and out. As you continue to breathe, notice how each breath swirls in your solar plexus for a moment, and then moves throughout your body. Feel each breath move to your fingers, to your toes, to the top of your head. If there is emotion in this moment, breathe that in as well.

By now you could be feeling a slight spinning sensation. Allow it to increase with each breath. Now you feel yourself expanding with each breath, getting larger and larger until you are the size of the universe. You are a universe, and everything is contained within you. You continue to breathe while realizing that everything you experience is already a part of you. You hold within you a complete, perfect universe.

What else to expect this month

Keeping in mind the general trends for the year, you may experience the following this month:

Increased dream activity. Many dreams are snippets of astral travels, and a good many people will find it important this month to connect ore consciously with the astral activity that occurs. Expect symbolic dreams filled with extreme symbols - monsters, dragons, catastrophic events - to populate your dreamtime activity. You may wish to begin a dream journal this month.

Sudden, intense, sense of dread. Even if you are not known to experience premonitions, your increased awareness of your global collective consciousness can begin to bring you into awareness that something is occurring, even if you don't know to whom or where the something occurs. Since we termed this month's theme as Flow, we would suggest avoiding bringing a personal element into this feeling of "something bad is about to happen." Take whatever precautions you feel are necessary, and then attempt - as best you can - to drop the matter. Perform the exercise, above, to bring you into a safe space. Understand that what you are connecting to is likely to have nothing at all to do with you on a personal level, or your family.

This is a fine line to walk, and we understand this. When we provide support in helping people create a more conscious connection with their intuition, we typically advise to go with what first comes to mind. But understand that these feelings of dread, should they occur for you, will be of a very primal nature. Asking you to "drop the matter as best you can" feels counter-intuitive, especially when you are attempting a more conscious intuitive connection. Two things can help:

1. Understanding that if the feeling passes after a few minutes - even if it was quite intense to begin with - then it likely does not belong to you.

2. Performing the exercise we gave above. Feel yourself in that expanded state. Allow thoughts, images, or other impressions to come to you that can help explain the feeling you had. Trust yourself that you will be able to discern.

Earthquakes, volcanic activity, and extreme weather. As above, so below. You understand the phrase? This earth you live upon is very much a part of this global collective consciousness, and whatever upheaval you feel inside is also what is occurring on a vast planetary basis.

New technological advances. An announcement could be made this month that is a breakthrough in terms of how people connect with one another. Notice that a sense of something being "world-changing" is often applied in retrospect, after the changes have begun to occur.

Attention to personal space. Again, how individuals respond to this energy varies, but in general you can look for:

* Increased attention to health.
* Changes to diet or wardrobe.
* Focus on feng shui or other techniques of managing space and the flow of energy around you.
* Changes in levels of physical activity.

* Attention to group or communal activities. This may result in an aversion to groups for the time being, rather than necessarily a whole-hearted joining-in, but overall the attention you place on how you feel about groups and communities will be shifting this month.

How best to proceed this month

Let's go back to the concept of Flow. Flow connotes the following qualities:

* Movement
* Lack of resistance
* Fully inhabiting the space you are in for that time, however brief
* Fluid

Think about these qualities for a moment. What comes to mind? Take note of any impressions, sounds, words, or pictures that arise when you think of these qualities. This, then, is what you will do your best to remember - on some underlying level - this month while you go about your daily business of living. Remember we said earlier that each breath you take creates a new organism: you. You are creating and re-creating yourself in every moment, over and over and over again. There are no mistakes. There is no wrong turn. You simply flow from one breath to the next.

And so it is as the month unfolds for you.

By the end of February, then, you can expect to be aware of the global collective consciousness on a new level. Much like an infant gathers experience in every moment, so, too, are you this month beginning your infancy of a new awareness. Allow the newness to inhabit and inspire you. Breathe in and sense your energetic counterparts all over the world. Feel the mass of humanity living, breathing, loving, warring, and dying in every corner of the globe and feel too, the perfection of each of those moments.

This nascent connection is why you are here, now, in this place at this time. This is much of what you came for. Enjoy what you are creating.

Who is Polaris?

Names are kind of arbitrary. Energy, however, is not. Polaris is wisdom. Polaris is teaching. Polaris is knowing. Polaris, most of all, is love.

Polaris is wonderful and loving, sort of a super-being who is guiding us on our path to joy. Polaris is a group consciousness that exists in a reality we can't see-but we sure can feel it! The feeling Polaris brings is something Karen describes as "a feeling of pure love, in a totally physical fashion. Polaris is what each of us is, the highest and best of all of us in every moment."

Polaris comes to us from the non-physical world.

They operate in another plane of reality-a reality in which the perception of separation does not exist. Polaris knows-and experiences-that we are all One! While not having eyes or other physical senses, their perception goes to the very heart of things and they have complete knowingness of the perfection of the oneness of All: the energy, vibration, and connections that exist between everything there is.

We talk about Polaris as "they" and "them" because, as they tell it, they are a group of thousands of souls that have united to teach those of us still in physical reality. Each of these souls brings lifetimes of glorious experience in the physical reality that we know of as home. Each of them experienced everything that we think of as simply a part of being alive. Because of this, they truly understand the challenges and joys we feel every day.

Polaris brings with them an unlimited wisdom. They bring to us a stronger connection to the Source of All That Is.

They lived, they loved, and they experienced sadness, joy and all of the human emotions and experiences that we encounter every day. These experiences served to reconnect them to who they are and to the awareness that we all have access to: of the oneness of All That Is-Love.

Dearest,
I am very happy to share my knowledge of the different types of
Beings and how this is possible.

There are almost as many different types of people in holographic
human bodies as there are species on the planet. There are mammals
of all kinds, birds of all kinds, reptiles of all kinds, fish,
shellfish, even plant type Beings.

These Beings (other than natural Humans) either take over a human
body, with or without permission, or are assigned at birth a human
body designated for this purpose. Plus there are those such as the
more advanced reptilian beings that can shape-shift their original
form into a human form. However this takes much knowledge of rituals
and black magic.

Many Beings are anxious to spend time on Planet Earth for many
different reasons. Some are sent here to spy, or simply observe and
report back to their home planet -- a type of being Peter has already
has much experience of. Some come specially to help with the
ascension process, some are here to forgive and be forgiven and to
make amends; and some because they have nowhere else to go. Each
group and individual has their own reasons for being here.

The process for most alien beings in a human form is one of merging
the energy of the original form with the human cells. This is why so
often the features of the person take on the look of the original
form (morphogenic energy form), such as Elvin-type people will have
pointy ears, and Bear people will have a solid frame with short limbs
and a lot of body hair, etc. This merging actually takes more energy
to accomplish than if the person was just Human through and through.
Sometimes those who have been sent from another planet on a special
mission will receive an energy boost from their home planet to help
with this process. This process is holographic in nature though much
more complicated then your simple understanding of earthly holograms.

To become fully human one must have accomplished what they came here
to do or at least get permission form their own Planetary Council to
not finish their mission and be allowed to take on a new form. They
must have the old one removed and the new form inserted. They also
must want this and ask to have it done. There is only one Being on
the planet that can assist with this (through the Light) at this
time.

The heaviness of the third dimension is what makes this all
possible. All of what you see is the matrix, which is a holographic
projection. Seeing only human-looking people is part of that
holographic matrix. Plus you are all brought up to see only that
which is already seen by your parents. As you move through the
fourth and into the fifth dimension and as the matrix collapses more
people will be able to see more of the alien form in themselves and
in others. This will be one of the things that will make people
think they are going crazy.

The technology behind this process is really quite amazing but as I
said earlier it is the merging of the alien energy into a
biologically formed human; sort of like squeezing a malleable
substance into a less malleable mold, and then the operating of that
form with alien energy and programming.

Many times this combination is not a good fit and is uncomfortable or
downright unhealthy, a sbest exemplified by what you term 'mongoloid'
peoples. Often their lifetimes are short as they are biologically
incompatible. This is really not a very good system, but so many
wanted to come to the planet and not lose their place in their own
society by becoming fully human that this was the only way it could
be accomplished. This way Beings could remain their own type and at
the same time get as close to being Human as possible. They wanted
the vicarious experience of being Human without actually becoming
Human. Some simply wanted to try it out first before making the
final decision, while others had a mission and never intended to
become Human.

Many of those who came to the planet for another type mission or for
simple observation will be leaving soon as they have no vested
interest in the upcoming planetary healing processes. That was their
intention all along, simply to observe and report back home. Others
have either completed or failed in their missions and will be taken
off by their superiors. So many of those that will be leaving the
planet in the very near future are not necessarily being banished to
another third dimensional colony but simply returning home.

I hope this has been helpful in understanding the complex issue of
alien life forms in human bodies on this planet.

None Canis, none that I can remember at least. Very stressful at work though which contributes to my lack of remembrance. The kids are acting out of control big time most recently to add to the situation. I have been however using the technique in my last post (added with my own grounding exercise) to dispel the tightness in my solar plexus. If it passes quickly which it usually does, it does not belong to me and I have summized I am picking up other's energies.

How's your new opportunities coming along? I was happy to hear of your recent professional and personal developments. I trust that it is as it should be in all ways.

When I was finished with a tech. help desk call from a man in India yesterday to fix an antivirus problem, he said "may you have good karma". In my mind, there is only cause and effect. It is up to the individual as to what "effect" we want manifest in our lives. In other words, you reap what you sow. This is probably the biggest lesson I'm going through right now.

I know you are an avid observer of alternate timelines Darza and you speak with an innocence free of ill will towards anyone. I've seen you grow in this respect and it seems you have surpassed your teachers. I like that, not that I had anything to do with it, but I see qualities in you that I would like to have myself. Getting back to the mirror, it also works in this way. I see you in my mirror as a reflection or personification of how I imagine myself to be, a perception of comparison. We all do it. Maybe if one's ego becomes overly judgemental or protective, it can become harmful. But overall I think it is healthy to see oneself in another, and vice versa. Actually, we need more of it in the world today.

Thank you for sending me Universal Energy Darza. I really appreciate your efforts. I know it has helped me in ways that will manifest and/or has manifest already. Time will tell and I'll keep you posted. Don't be a stranger.

February opens like January on the heels of a powerful full moon, the brightest moon for the entire year of 2010. The planetary alignments of January along with the New Moon/Solar Eclipse brought in a higher level of photon light that has spun deeply into every area of our vibrational well-being.

To say January was intense is an under statement. It brought with it a laser beam of awareness into every area of outworn beliefs and energy in our conscious and more importantly unconscious selves. Feeling disconnected and emotional was common. Headaches, vertigo, sleeplessness, anxiety, and uncertainty caused us to question our very foundation.



Lower vibrations from the collective are being re-calibrated as we continue our ascension process. Feeling stuck in low gear is never a pleasant undertaking, and different for each individual. Once again, our relationship to everything we hold onto was in our face, and not in a gentle way.

2012 and our Ascension is fast becoming foremost in our consciousness for all lightworkers and starseeds. A sense of urgency is the underpinning energy that moves us deeper into all areas that require a “vibrational upgrade.” We are being asked by the higher dimensional part of ourselves to hold a clear vision of what we want, how we want to feel, and where we want to be in ALL areas of our lives.

February is the bridge between the two powerful months of January and March. During the month of January, I felt the stillness of wanting to be quiet and go deep, with that came expansion and contraction that is always part of being still. Our universe is always expanding, as are we. During quiet time at the New Moon, I asked the Arcturians to show me what was happening with me and of course others. They explained that the expanded particles of higher dimensional photon light were activating the crystalline nature of our Pineal Gland. This activation is part of our ongoing vibrational upgrade or re-wiring that will continue at warp speed until we have reached the levels necessary for our Ascension. I saw the Pineal Gland opening with a bolt of lightening from within and expanding in an orb of energy and light.

Steve Rother and The Group recently channeled information on the Pineal Gland activation as follows:

”The group speaks of the pineal gland as one part of our body that has both finite and infinite properties. The job the pineal gland originally played was no longer needed when the DNA of the human template was altered. Now, as of this writing, a critical mass in DNA re-connections have happened within the collective of humanity. As a result of the physical Re-wire it is now possible to activate the Pineal gland to its original condition and use”

The group was very clear that these crystals will eventually activate in all humans without the need for any activation process. They were also very clear that there will be many who will offer activations and most of them will work. "

Clearly, we are all getting the same message that this is a vital and very important part of our evolutionary process, and will continue to support our journey. As it occurs, we can experience physical disparity in the vibrational bridge between our light body and our physical, emotional, mental and spirit bodies. The feeling of moving through mud as one client recently described is accurate as we play catch-up physically. Feeling dizzy, neck pain, headaches, disconnected, fatigue, anxious are all part of the same upgrade.

I was shown the orb pulsing with geometries weaving in and around the crown chakra and creating a new bandwidth of frequency for assimilation. Connecting the orb to the holographic space within our heart offers immediate comfort and a feeling of being present in this Now.

During the month of January, we made space for this energy, like removing a heavy overcoat. February’s energy along with the continued planetary and Galactic alignments will begin to feel lighter as the crystalline nature of our DNA more fully loads into our physical awareness.

The ancients referred to the Pineal Gland as the gateway to the soul, and when connected through the heart will prepare us for the DNA activation that will begin on a deeper level during the 333 (March 3, 2010) corridor of light. March also brings the Spring Equinox and promises to be a great and powerful month of upgrades and change on a very deep level.

While all of this seems to be out of our hands, in truth we are being taught vibrational mastery. We are the only ones that can affect our vibrational balance. Esther Hicks and Abraham write:

As difficult as these changes feel, we are still solely responsible for how we feel. Every living being on this planet is undergoing great change as the light continues to increase. It is natural when we feel change to seek support and comfort from those we hold close, however it is important to understand that they too are undergoing change in relationship to themselves. It is a very personal and individual change, which often looks different from what we feel we need or is familiar.

During the month of February, we celebrate Valentines Day as a day of honouring those we love, however the most important honour must be within ourselves. That sacred love you hold for your beloved is you, when that is felt then we are able to offer unconditional love or at least a measure of that to all we have in our lives.

The energy of February will ebb and flow throughout our field, as we step into our vibrational coat of light. We can expect to feel highs and lows within the context of our personal journey. We will begin to feel a little more comfortable as our emotions settle and we will able to make easier decisions around change. Be prepared for outcomes that don’t look anything like what you have thought they would, yet they appear and offer a larger vision or perspective.

Love is the frequency that is our means for inter-dimensional travel. Love that is unconditional increases the frequency and vibration of everything it meets. It expands our perception of energy, time and the power that is held within each of us. Uniting this power through the collective will establish a higher frequency within the grids, leylines, crystals, and energy portals of our beloved Mother Earth.

February will de-frag our hard drive so too speak, which will push us to release the illusion of our ego, limitations, worn our beliefs and expectations of ourselves and others. Everything is frequency and vibration. We hear, speak, touch, eat, and move with vibration. The spin rate of the vibration determines the density of the object. We are spinning faster and releasing the dense parts of ourselves to become more crystalline liquid light.

Our Lightbody responds to love with the expression of Joy. This is our birthright. Every cell in our body craves to express Joy and the only obstacle to that are our repetitive thoughts of fear.

It is a time of great awakening and a time to be kind, gentle, and allowing with ourselves and more importantly, those we love. Letting go of any expectation and be in a joyful now, connects to our Lightbody and the magical beings we are becoming.

If you are feeling alone, lifeless and unsettled rest assured you are not alone, but know that we have the support of the coming moons in February and our higher dimensional aspects to detach from the dense layers and shine brightly.

The choice is firmly and solely ours causing great excitement at the deepest core of our being. Take time during February to recharge and centre this new energy as we prepare for further vibrational upgrades – there is much more to come.

I was approached in my home by a reptilian humanoid. It was tall, had dragonlike snout and appeared to be "cloaked" thats the only way i can describe it. it looked right in my eyes. ive also been dreaming of caves in utah. ive never been to utah. Ive had SEVEral dreams come true, and in all my dreams i see a red sky. what is happening to me?

Glad to hear from you. As far as my opportunities, I have interviewed for the management position and have been promoted from within the company. They have sent me to a bigger store to take care of (my own department), and am now doing the same work, but being paid for it. The money is nice, but I really don't know what to do with it all. I have learned how to live so cheaply, that now my living expenses are very low. I am going to save it for now, because soon I think I want to move to another state and pursue a love life. :) We will see, many more opportunities are opening themselves to me, I do like drawing to me things that I want. The money is not important to me, but being able to do a job more closely related to something I do well (management), it gives me an opportunity to change things in regards to people beneath me in the company, make things easier for them and be able to run a department the right way in all the things I have seen done wrong before I had the chance to make them right. :)

I have been having very good dreams lately, though have been feeling drained of energy during the first half of my day. Probably stress too, have been dealing with some anxiety regarding my living situation and with work (up until recently). But, with the job comes more opportunities, and I hope to make changes regarding the stress levels with other people where I live. I would very much like to move to another house filled with less tension, and this job is a help to get me into a calmer, safer household. I have lost touch with my meditation and with my centering as a result of living here, it is very difficult to feel comfortable in my own home, and that is certainly a problem. But, new opportunities abound, every day I ask spirit to guide me, and that I may do the right thing. So, we will see where this takes me. I feel confident.
