Chief Joseph: Aches and Pains

One night a couple weeks ago I was lying around doing nothing -- just enjoying be-ing. For whatever reason, I started thinking about several recent clients who'd been dealing with physical challenges.

Thinking about our clients reminded me of several close friends and family also with physical challenges. Most of these folks spoke of "aches and pains," and sometimes far more than that. Lately I've had a few unusual, though minor, aches and pains myself, even though I'm in great physical shape.

As I was mulling all this over, Chief Joseph "popped in." He does that occasionally when I'm deep in thought.

Here's what he said.

NOTE: This message is slightly longer than is typical for Joseph. And, I realize, it may be a bit controversial, at least for some folks.

Chief Joseph

Many of you are experiencing intense energies and feelings in your physical bodies these days.

As you all know, your Mother Earth herself is undergoing massive transformations and traumas -- earthquakes, runaway oil spills, drought, severe heat and cold, and so on.

This is truly a time of huge, never-before- seen changes. It's affecting every living being. And it's affecting even what you call inanimate beings.

Your whole planet, including you humans, is "quaking in its boots," if you will, with this massive, unprecedented era of change.

One of the effects of this change is what all or most of you are feeling in your physical bodies. You sometimes feel as if you've come down with some dreadful fatal disease. You're having strange aches and pains in many parts of your bodies. Your sleep patterns are disrupted. Your relationships are disrupted. And so on.

Tonight we want to focus briefly on the reactions of your physical bodies during this time of change. And we want to assure you all is well.

Some of you are detecting/feeling "symptoms" in your bodies. Symptoms that a traditional medical doctor might describe as the onset of serious, even terminal, disease.

You may have heart palpitations, shortness of breath, stomach pains, muscle aches, sore necks and backs, stiff and sore joints. Your vision and hearing may feel like they're failing. And so on.

Friends, we want to assure you this is all good. All of it!

"How can this possibly be good, Joseph?" you might ask.

What's happening is what we would call a cleansing and realignment. As you move into the higher vibrations -- what some of you call ascension or enlightenment -- your bodies, as yet unaccustomed to those vibrations, are reacting in what seem to you to be negative ways.

What's actually happening is your bodies are cleansing, realigning, and healing themselves. The intense energies have stimulated your bodies and caused them to begin the "ascension."

One of the things your bodies must do to move higher is to rid themselves of any existing conditions that are keeping them in the lower densities. They must also rid themselves of any potential conditions that would hold them in the lower vibrations.

The end result of all this is you sometimes, maybe often, experience frightening "symptoms," as we just described.

We want to assure you, friends, you are not dying. Of course, you're all going to leave your physical bodies eventually. But for now most of you, the lightworkers, are going to stick around a while longer. After all, you yet have much work to do.

So be at peace with all this. You are merely going through a natural healing and balancing process. The symptoms you are experiencing are only signs you and your physical bodies are moving into greater light, into the light of God -- the God you all are.

All is well.

Here's part of my response to her:

"I think there probably are some feeling nothing. But that could well be because they're not tuned in to themselves or their bodies. But I think there are many more that are -- as you say -- "just writing off what they're feeling as illness, aging, etc. etc."

So what should you do if you're not sure Joseph was right and you think your aches and pains are signs of serious illness?

A medical doctor's diagnosis is sometimes a death sentence. This is not because doctors are ill-intended. In fact, today you're seeing many more bright, holistically- oriented doctors than ever before. That's definitely a good thing.

However, some doctors are still entrenched in the old western medical perspective of "find out what's wrong and fix it." They actually go looking for something wrong. And they often find it.

While that's fine as far as it goes, it neglects the other aspects of the whole person -- mind, emotions, spirit.

All illness has at its roots some kind of spiritual imbalance. That imbalance will -- must -- sooner or later manifest itself in physical symptoms if the person does nothing to restore balance to themselves.

If you must go to a medical doctor or other health care practitioner, find one who treats the whole person. And not one who approaches her/his work solely as a "body mechanic."

Choose one who will find something right with your physical body. Choose one who will welcome you as a full partner in your healing. Even then don't simply accept whatever the doctor says without first running it through the "filter," if you will, of your own inner guidance. In other words, do only what feels right and good to you -- and for you.

We want to conclude this by saying something about your bodies' ability to heal themselves.

We know some of you will disagree with us. That's fine.

There is no illness, dis-ease, or other unbalanced physical condition your bodies do not know how to heal. Even so-called "terminal illnesses" can be reversed, and the person returned to a state of perfect health and well-being.

Your bodies instinctively know how to heal themselves if you stay out of their way.

Friends, it's all up to you. You're in control.

However, we urge you not to judge another who may have a "fatal" dis-ease, and then dies. You have no idea what their or their higher self's "agenda" is. And you have no right to assume you do.

All must follow their own path. You need to allow others whatever choices or paths they follow. If you do not, then you are going to find yourselves in a state of imbalance -- and headed towards wherever that may lead.

Trust all is well. All is as it should be.

Other Realms of Existence

There are twelve density layers of consciousness in existence. The higher numbers are more subtle, more expansive in their scale than the lower numbers. Each lower density layer is more compressed than the one above it and it is formed within the one above it.

Some people call these realms dimensions, which can cause confusion, as a dimension is actually something else. When referring to the twelve density layers, or realms, the technically accurate term is density. A dimension is not a location or a higher realm. A dimension is a measurable component of reality, such as length, width, height or time.

A density is a layer of compressed consciousness. It is a location within Creation. Instead of saying that you live in third density (the physical realm), you can abbreviate it to '3D,' provided you remember that, in this case, '3D' is short for third density, and not for three-dimensional.

The original state of Infinite Being lies beyond twelfth density, as all densities are creations within its consciousness. The twelve density layers exist within the consciousness of Infinite Being.

The densities of immediate application to humanity are third, fourth and fifth densities.

3D: The physical realm

The physical world exists in 3D, or third density. Our minds are not limited to 3D, by any means. The global consciousness will go through a quantum shift when a critical mass in higher consciousness is reached. This critical mass will be achieved by a numerically small portion of the world's population because people with higher frequencies of consciousness have, proportionately, a much greater influence on the global mind atmosphere than do people who operate at lower frequencies of consciousness. As always, it will be the pioneers who change history.

4D: The spirit or astral realm

Throughout recorded history, fourth density has been the spirit or astral realm. 4D can be subdivided into twelve sub-layers or overtones, referred to in the plural as spirit or astral realms. When a person passes on from their physical incarnation, they typically move into residence in the third or fourth overtone of 4D. While physical experience can generate issues of emotional separation, 4D is an integrative density where people work through a healing of their issues. Spiritual seekers soon discover that there are higher, more subtle overtones within 4D and move there to study the higher truths of the universe.

5D: The soul realm

When the time comes to move on from the 4D spirit world, people move up into 5D in order to begin planning the experiences that they want to explore in their next incarnation.

Think of this as a kind of destiny workshop, where all possibilities are examined until, finally, one course of action is decided upon.

In 5D, the viewpoint of the soul is much wider than the focused viewpoint of the conscious mind in 3D. In 5D, space and time are seen as an interwoven tapestry of possibilities. Souls, during their research, can actually insert themselves into any situation in which they are interested, regardless of when and where.

In 5D, you can experience any event at any location and any point in time. You can go back into history or go forward into probable futures. You can view all possible outcomes of every potential situation and how it interacts with the probable actions of others. It works because your soul senses the total energy of each situation, seeing everything that would unfold if it were acted out.

So, in 5D consciousness, you can view exactly how a future event is likely to materialize. You can see it, feel it, touch it and know what your thoughts and feelings will be at that time because you actually insert your consciousness into the experience of the future event.

I had a dream that we were gonna have a crab festival (it's THE most drunken party this time of the year) and we needed booze and crabs. But we didn't have any, so we tried to train friend's dog and another dog for that purpose. The dog was to get the crabs and booze from a tent nearby that wasn't ours. Truth cannot be destroyed or changed, she cannot be stripped and displayed to the eyes of men. Wisdom and knowledge cannot be trampled underfoot by turning the sword against their upholders. To abstain from enjoyment to serve beneficial ends is good, so also is dedication of worldly wealth beyond modest needs. Giving an honest day's labour for wages, living modestly and frugally, without meanness or harsh austerity, these too are worthy and acceptable sacrifices. It is through sacrifices such as these that the soulspirit is truly glorified.

Nither contentment in this world, nor happiness in the world to come is for those who do not know the meaning of sacrifice. All good works, all honest labour, all charitable deeds, all payments of full and fair wages, not futile burnings, are worthy sacrifices. Another form of sacrifice is the time devoted to studying the scriptures.

There is much talk about the wickedness and arrogance of the rich. Have I said this? It is not only they who are wicked and arrogant, and no man can be called wicked just because he is rich. Wealth does not necessarily serve evil. What matters is how persons deal with the inheritance entrusted to them, not only riches but also strength, beauty or talent. Search your own hearts before condemning others.

It is not only the rich who are idle. Each of you, ask yourself how you would fare under the test of riches, and answer honestly. Is it certain you are not reviling the rich through envy? Are you sure there is no hypocrisy in your hearts? Wealth is no light burden, and few, very few survive a severe test. But there are others, men of unusual ability, women of great beauty or talent, they, too, often fail. Look within before you look without.

hi NRG, I just got back from a couple days of camping with some friends and my mom who came out from Georgia to visit for a week. We had a great time (as always) did some magick and some other tinkering with the forces of nature as we're always invited to while camping, had some great spiritual experiences and connected with nature.

I know it has been a while, since I no longer have a camera, but my mom brought hers and we took TONS of pictures. You guys will all love them as always. it's definitely been at least a year since I've put up new pictures here, and you guys always eat them up when I share them. I took many with the intention of sharing the energy from the places where the pictures were took, and I know that you would all receive healing energy by being able to connect with these powerful places. The energy there is just so raw and untapped, so chaotic and free, and it is there for anyone to dabble in if one so chooses... :) The earth is very welcoming here, I always have a great time and always keep a keen eye out to see ways to improve her beauty (picking up trash). It is a spiritual obligation for me, and should be for anyone else who has a connection to our Mother. Luckily, there was not much trash I came across, most of it was very old, perhaps from the 80s or older (Shasta soda?) before it was common practice to look after the earth. Still, I take out any piece I find, no matter how tiny. Eventually, I will get it all. :)

The pictures won't be up for a while, but when they are here I will definitely share them with you all.

Yes understand your protection of Mother Earth. Once went out with bags ( big green garbage bags - yes I know - they were plastic) but packed 3 of them with rubbish from the side of the road where I lived.....People were looking at me as if I was mad....
