Australian TV program exposes Assange frame-up

“Four Corners”, an Australian Broadcasting Corporation current affairs program, this week broadcast what amounted to an exposé of the frame-up of WikiLeaks editor Julian Assange on allegations of sexual misconduct in Sweden. Assange remains inside the Ecuadorian embassy in London, seeking political asylum from the threat of being removed to Sweden, which would in turn facilitate extradition to the US.

The program provided a valuable service by simply piecing together what happened in the three crucial weeks after Assange arrived in Sweden in mid-August 2010. Assange was there to address a conference and investigate the possibility of hosting WikiLeaks’ operations in a secure computer facility.

By tracing the chronology, the program also clarified the connection between the Swedish witchhunt and the Grand Jury operation underway in the United States to charge Assange with espionage for WikiLeaks’ exposures of US war crimes (see: “Sex, Lies and Julian Assange”).

The program provided substantial evidence that the allegations against him were false and politically motivated. The unproven accusations were used to blacken his name in Sweden and around the world, and counter the widespread public support that he and WikiLeaks had won for courageously exposing the crimes and machinations of the US and other powers.

Reported by Andrew Fowler, the program recounts that when Assange arrived in Sweden on August 11, he was offered accommodation at the apartment of Anna Ardin. She was meant to be away, but returned on the evening of August 13. That night she had consensual sex with Assange, who continued to stay in the apartment until August 18—five days after the occasion on which the Swedish authorities later alleged Assange had used force against her.

In fact, Ardin several times insisted that Assange stay, rejecting offers from others to have the WikiLeaks’ chief stay with them. On the two nights following the supposed assault, Ardin arranged a crayfish barbecue for Assange and attended a dinner party by his side. During the crayfish party, she had tweeted: “Sitting outdoors at 02:00 and hardly freezing with the world’s coolest, smartest people! It’s amazing!” Later she told a friend she had a “wild weekend” with him.

On August 16, with Ardin’s knowledge, Assange travelled out of town to spend a night with a second young woman, Sofia Wilen. The following day, the two women began exchanging emails. Ultimately, four days later, on August 20, Ardin and Wilen went to a Stockholm police station to see if they could compel Assange to take a sexual health test.

Instead, the police declared that Assange was to be arrested and questioned about possible rape and molestation. Wilen became so distraught at this that she refused to give any more testimony or sign what had been taken down.

That same night, a prosecutor issued a warrant for Assange’s arrest. The prosecutor’s office did not contact Assange. Instead, within hours, it leaked to the tabloid newspaper Expressen the statements made by the two women. The newspaper’s front page read: “Assange hunted for rape in Sweden.”

This was just the first evidence of high-level collusion, involving the police, the prosecutor’s office and the media, to destroy Assange’s reputation.

Within 24 hours of the arrest warrant, there was a further twist. A more senior prosecutor dismissed the rape allegations, leaving only the lesser accusation of molestation. Assange voluntarily went to the police on August 30 and made a statement. During the interview he expressed his fears that whatever he said would end up in the Expressen. The interviewing police officer said: “I’m not going to leak anything.” The interview was nevertheless leaked.

Assange was still not charged with any offence—a fact that remains to this day. Instead, he was assured by the prosecutor that he was free to leave the country while an inquiry continued, an assurance that was later dramatically reversed.

The only conclusion one can draw is that Assange was either deliberately set-up, or that the women later came under significant pressure to testify against him. The current allegations by the two women against Assange are unclear. Their lawyer, Claes Borgstrom, refused to disclose any details of their case. When “Four Corners” suggested to him: “It looks as though they are in fact setting him up,” he replied defensively: “I’m quite aware of that.”

Assange left for London on September 27, in preparation for the October 22 release of WikiLeaks’ third major blow to Washington and its allies, the Iraq War Logs. The logs documented thousands of civilian killings and other war crimes, including hundreds of reports of abuse, torture, rape and murder by Iraqi police and soldiers, between 2004 and 2009.

WikiLeaks had already been denounced by the US government for earlier publishing the “Collateral Murder” video, showing the US military’s aerial killing of innocent civilians in Iraq, and the Afghan War Logs, documenting civilian killings and violent assaults by US and allied special forces.

Ominously, 12 days after giving Assange clearance to leave the country, and as he was working on the Iraq War logs release, the Swedish authorities suddenly issued an Interpol Red Notice warrant for his arrest. Assange offered to return within a month. The Swedish authorities said it was too late—the warrant had already been issued.

In the same weeks, the Obama administration instigated a full-scale investigation against WikiLeaks and launched a financial blockade to starve WikiLeaks of funds.

“Four Corners” replayed a May 2012 clip from the US Ambassador to Australia, Jeffrey Bleich, denying any American interest in Sweden’s bid to extradite Assange. “It’s not something that the US cares about, it’s not interested in it, it hasn’t been involved in it,” Bleich insisted.

But the program added to the mounting evidence of an indictment being prepared against Assange. It showed a copy of a subpoena from a US Grand Jury that is examining possible charges, including “conspiracy to communicate or transmit national defence information.”

The subpoena contained the identifying codes 10 and 3793. Assange’s US lawyer, Michael Ratner, explained: “[T]he Grand Jury’s number is 10, standing for the year it began, GJ which is Grand Jury and then 3793. Three is the Conspiracy Statute in the United States. 793 is the Espionage Statute. So what they’re investigating is 3793: conspiracy to commit espionage.”

That is significant because the conspiracy charge would be designed to link Assange to Bradley Manning, the US army private who has been incarcerated for more than two years, accused of leaking material to WikiLeaks. Any sole prosecution of Assange under the Espionage Act would face legal difficulties, because there is no evidence that WikiLeaks played any part in actually leaking material (see: “US government pursues bogus criminal prosecution of WikiLeaks and Julian Assange”).

Interviewed by “Four Corners” via telephone from the Ecuadorean embassy, Assange revealed several developments that impelled him to seek asylum. “First of all, the Swedish government publicly announced that it would detain me without charge in prison under severe conditions. On the same evening, the UK government security contractors that maintained the electronic manacle around my leg, turned up unannounced at 10.30 p.m. and insisted on fitting another manacle to my leg.

“Then the next day, the Crown Prosecution Service, acting we believe on behalf of the Swedish government, requested that the 14 days that I had to apply to the European Court of Human Rights, be reduced to zero.”

Assange’s Swedish lawyer, Per Samuelson, explained that if extradited to Sweden, Assange would be “kept there in isolation for four days. He can only meet with me and my co-lawyer. On the fourth day he will be brought into a courtroom in handcuffs in front of a custody judge.”

“Four Corners” reviewed Sweden’s record of assisting CIA renditions of two Swedish citizens to Egypt to be tortured during the past decade. Andrew Fowler explained: “A United Nations investigation later found against Sweden. The country was forced to pay compensation.”

On the phone, Assange told “Four Corners”: “If I was suddenly taken to Sweden, I would not be in a position to apply for political asylum in relation to the United States. It would be the end of the road. I would just be taken from one jail to another.”

“Four Corners” replayed Prime Minister Julia Gillard’s prejudicial declaration, just as the frame-up was gathering pace in December 2010, that Assange’s actions in publishing incriminating secret US government documents were “illegal”. The program did not probe the Australian government’s active involvement in the Obama administration’s vendetta against the Australian citizen. Yet, by producing evidence of the Grand Jury, it made a mockery of the government’s denials of any knowledge of any US plans to prosecute Assange.

When “Four Corners” asked the Australian government several questions about the Assange case, Foreign Minister Bob Carr’s spokesman clung to the government’s line. “The Australian government has no advice that the US government is seeking to prosecute Mr Assange,” he stated. “The Australian government has made clear to the US that it would expect any charges laid against Mr Assange to be carried out in accordance with due process.”

In other words, while maintaining the fraud that it knows nothing, the Gillard government has signalled its readiness to accept meaningless US assurances of “due process” as Assange is railroaded to jail, possibly for life.

The entire political establishment in Australia is complicit in the vendetta against Assange. The Greens are in a de facto coalition with the minority Labor government and are responsible for all its actions. Moreover, while posturing as defenders of Assange and WikiLeaks, the Greens have lent credence to the Swedish rape allegations, insisting that the case ought to proceed. etc. etc.

It has been said that Lightworkers aren't the brightest bulbs on God's tree [and plausibly so, methinks at times].

Is it not because we are more like twinklers and blinkers?

It's when we switch on that we are exceedinly brilliant if only for a nano sec.

HI all! Got banned a couple of weeks back by accident and have just got back on. This is a positive message so I'll get the crap out of the way first. The last couple of weeks have been very interesting indeed. I finally discovered why the UK and american military have spent millions of pounds tracking me et.. and the rest.... These groups have spent years taking light from my light body and I have been unwittingly giving it to them. They've tried to bend my reality and disinform me at every turn. I don't mind who reads this as we've reached a point where it no longer matters. These things are best ignored. I've been doing that and for the last two weeks they have been coming over and I cut through them like butter. There's nothing they can do anymore. I even stopped the links to my youtube films of them as it's not good for anyone to look at these on the internet either as they can still use that to take light from lightworkers that watch them.
It's the same with orbs on the internet. If someone puts a picture of an orb on the internet which has many souls trapped in it then that can be used to take the light from you. The negative crop circles are the same. All of them carry wave signatures and effect you when you look at them. There are very few crop circles of purest light this year. Many of the others are cleverly cloaked and hide a distorted wave signature designed to effect the human light field amongst other reasons. Please, if any of you look at a crop circle then at least use FULL protection and ask from within your heart space if it is of PUREST Light from Creator Source. If it isn't or you are not sure then please don't look at it. I would advise placing the Flower Of Life symbol over it/in it and not go back unless absolutely necessary.


Now for the good stuff!

Mel-ch-izedek and The Council Of Twelve have shown me the true purpose for the Flower Of Life symbol. The version I'm talking about is commonly known as The key Of Life. I'll come back to this later on.

The video I made about the olympics is all good but not everyone can understand it. The crop circles in the videos I chose for a reason. The first two because they represent the Flower Of Life and the third because it represents the heart chakra. It was quite reassuring to hear these explanations of these three crop cirlces from Mel-ch-izedek and The Council Of Twelve:

I was then told about the Key Of Life Symbol now being The Fully Activated Flower Of Life. All symbols on the planet carry wave signatures much the same as a homeopathic remedy or a healing crop circle. There are symbols used for good and some for bad. There are even many, as most of you reading this will know, that are universal. Over years many symbols have become distorted by the dark side of man's nature. The eye of Horus symbol is a classic example of this.

The Flower Of Life symbol has been used by many groups. It is used by millions of lightworkers world wide as well as religions, masonic orders, templar orders and many others. It is in the hearts of ALL of us no matter what we think of it or how we have tried to use it in the past. The black and white symbol is the most powerful as it contains all the colours (Rays!). The FOL also holds within it the Seed Of Life symbol. Remember all physical life is seeded on planets.

Seeds grow into flowers and when they blossom the petals open. We have ALL been blossoming and our petals are more than ready to open. This I feel you also know. Many things that open first need a KEY to open them. We all know the saying that we're the ones we've been waiting for and you've all heard that we carry keys within us. Many of you have unlocked keys already and there are always more to open. This symbol is now unlocking the keys within humanity. I have seen it's power first hand. It was created by The Prime Creator and it's power has been gifted to humanity for 2012 and ascension. I urge you all to look into this symbol and it will reflect back at you what you need to advance through 2012 and beyond. It is so powerful that it can create miracles. It is pure unconditional love and when fully activated can only be used for that purpose, nothing less. Now if you remember where I said it has been used in religions etc... well it is currently the most powerful healing symbol on the planet. It will touch everyone who comes into contact with it or has ever come into contact with it, this includes times of Atlantis amongst others. ALL healing. The galactic waves are coming fast and they will react with this symbol, many keys will not unlock until the waves sweep through us. I have made a video showing the symbol with some more information about this. What I have written above is not yet for everyone as many wouldn't understand it yet. but people are waking up and when the fruits of goodness, purest light and life are shown then everyone will know the truth.

Many say the truth will set you free. yes it will. It will also free the souls trapped in the astral prisons.

I'm inspired by Gridkeeper. So much so that I'm going to use the Flower of Life symbol on my next orgonite creation. I've made 4 of them so far. I want to create a charging plate and put the symbol on top of it to intensify the pure divine energy of water and food placed upon it.

I purchased a bunch of quartz crystals from the Jim Coleman Crystal mine in Arkansas and use about 5 in each mold. To test them, I placed 4 creations under my bed and have been sleeping with them underneath for about 2 weeks now. Wow! Maybe the energy is a bit too intense. I realize now that whatever you are thinking is amplified exponentially. I plan on giving them to my friends (that are receptive to the idea), and continue making them. It is fun to do.

I believe that orgonite clears out the negativity which hampers the natural healing power we all have within us. There are so many high frequencies running around our heads, that even if this is a placebo (which I highly doubt), that by changing unharmonious waves into positive synchronistic frequencies, the body (and mind) are able to do what it does so well.

I also have been thinking a lot about fear lately. I dislike it, however am learning to use it in a positive way. Instead of letting it cripple me, I use it as a motivator. And what a great motivator it is! So, in this regard, my views about fear have changed. I say BRING IT ON!!! If that is what it takes to get my fat ass moving, then so be it. It really isn't that bad anyway. The fears about what? About dying? We are eternal. About being called a dufus? I Am A Dufus, so what? All fear is unfounded and after it runs its course, it is nothing. It's just another part of the whole that I can accept as part of me. I just don't dwell on it as much anymore. The future will take care of itself.

Love you Div and everybody! Keep on keepin' on! Time to just let it be, flow with the waves, and don't get pulled down with the undertow.

You know who you are. You are in this world but not of the world. You are not here to fight in the physical dimensions on Earth. You are not fighting at all. You have a unique purpose. You are here to be a light in a time of transition. You are helping in multiple ways with the very same light. You are more powerful than you can imagine.

So be who you came to be. The highest way to serve others now is not through political action, through demonstrations, through being in groups of "us against them" etc. There are people whose soul purpose on the Earthplane is to do that. And that is perfect for them. This message is for you.

The Angels want you to remember what your purpose is. You may look in the mirror and see a human being but you are so much more than that. Remember! Remember when you said, "Yes, I want to serve everyone by being a light. I want to bring forth the light through my life so that everyone who wants to will be able to ascend into a new world." It has been easy to get caught up in the Earthplane world with all that is going on now. It is time to refocus your attention on your purpose, which is being light.

Remember The Light does not live in one country. It is not American or Russian or Iranian. The Light does not speak one language. The Light is not Republican, Democrat, Tea Party or Independent. The Light is not poor or rich, male or female, young or old. The Light is All. And your soul purpose is to be the light now. This is the highest way to serve All. Just be the light.

Rise above the actions and reactions on the Earthplane and shine your light all day and all night. You are not being asked by Spirit to direct or send your light to a situation or place. You have access to more spiritual power than at any other time but you don't have enough information to know the full picture of what is going on. Being the light without judgments of any kind, you will be freely sharing the light. As Mother Earth needs some light energy, she will take it. As the Angels of people need it they know you are a clear source to get it from. You will also be creating the next world for the Ascension. Spirit is taking the light flowing through you, combining that with everyone's intentions for their idea of a new world and creating it. You can be amazingly powerful and by just being you, by being light.

Warriors of Light, even though you are not fighting in the physical realm, you are powerful and you are creating change with every single light ray that you allow to flow through your life. Be the change that is lasting and helps everyone. Be the light. When it comes time for you to do something different, you will know. Just like you know this message is for you.
