Visualisation Meditation


Choose a music that is relaxing

This visualisation is going to be done standing up, so find a place in the room where you are comfortable and you feel at ease in.

Stand in a relaxed position with your hands at your side, part your feet slightly and bend slightly at the knees.

Close your eyes and focus on your breathing, being aware that you are taking a deep breath in and slowly breathing out, as you are doing this you empty your mind of all thoughts. you are allowing your mind to come clear of all thoughts.

Your mind is only focused on the breath that you are taking into your lungs and the breath that you are releasing from your lungs.

When you are in balance of your body with your breathing and you feel steady on your feet, visualise a rod of white energy coming down from the universe and entering your crown chakra, visualise that light flowing down from the crown chakra through the body and down into your feet and toes, visualise that light going through your feet passing through the floor boards, passing deep into the earth and becoming anchored there in the deep earth.

As that energy flows around the body, filling the body with light until it comes up through the crown chakra and flows around your head, down to the shoulders and continuing to surround the outside of your body with light, until you are cocooned within an egg shape of energy.

The energy rod is still flowing down from the universe into your crown chakra until you are submerged with this light, within the egg cocoon and then the rod of light to your crown charka is disconnected leaving you in the cocoon of light, which has been anchored deep into the mother earth.

Now visualise a colour it can be any colour of your choice, breathe in this colour, as you breathe in you are drawing this colour into your body, with your breath. As this colour enters into your body, it travels into the lungs, and into the cells of your body. This light is carried through the body in the cells, until it reaches the heart charka, and light is transported from the cells in light of the colour which you have chosen, will emanate out through the heart charka and surround the body of light, that cocoons the white light, until there is two layers of light, within the cocoon, and as more coloured light is breathed into the body, more layers are created around the cocoon and the larger the cocoon becomes.

Visualise each colour of your choice coming in with each breath and exiting the inner body through a charka point.

Do this for all seven main charka points.

When you have finished visualising all colours for all the seven main charka points seal off the cocoon by visualising the crown charka closing and at the same time the cocoon is closed off, sealing the colours of energy inside the cocoon. The inside of the body is surrounded in light.

You feel safe and relaxed, you are aware of your breathing, breathing slowly in, breathing slowly out. You are aware that you are in the room and are standing in a safe position.

When you are ready you can open your eyes.

Symbols and Patterns

Symbols and Patterns have been forms of communication, at this time humans are discovering languages through the symbols left by the ancient's, who have in a way left information about who they were. Diametrical patterns hold not only information, yet it holds energy as well. Human have yet to break the codes of these messages. In order to see the true text, and intentions of the authors of these symbols and patterns, you have to stop thinking like a human, because these codes, texts left behind in these symbols cannot be read using your human way of thinking. The reason that messages were left in this form was so that a huge amount of data could be stored. Symbols and diametrical patterns are another form of storing information, such as you would use a crystal to store information, because like crystals, symbols and diametrical patterns are givers, receivers' catalysts and stores of information as well as energy.

Humans only speculate what these symbols and patterns are, some have discovered language text from ancient tablets written long after humanity had any understanding of them or knowing of them, their culture or even their point of origin, as some appear to be not of this world. However there is still so much information in these tablets and written symbols on walls in Egypt that have been kept from the public, because they have found knowledge that they do not understand, and are trying to access the knowledge using their human minds and left brain thinking. This information is far beyond your understanding at this time. It takes a higher consciousness to unlock the principles of the codes. I say codes because in a way that's what they are, yet in saying that they are not secret codes, you just don't know how to use them. I tell you that there is a great collection of history waiting for you when you are ready to access it.

Symbols and diametrical patterns have always held interest with humans; it can be seen throughout all cultures and religions across your planet. That is because somewhere in your subconscious you resonate to the energy of them. There is more than what the eyes see, yet it is the unseen that resonate here.

Remember that you are multidimensional beings not one dimensional, nor are you two dimensional, yet you are so much more. Start thinking with both left and right brian and discover what you have been limiting yourself from. The world you have been living in has only been an illusion.

It's time to wake up take responsibility for your knowledge and act with intention and remember you are not alone by any means; you are part of a collective force of light.

That creates with understanding that the prime building block is love.

Hi again, folks.
Just spent a couple days teaching lessons on love and patience.
SO energizing!
Love and peace, please pray for our real leaders to come to the forefront in this world!

I know I should, but what I didn't know is how addictive this stuff can be. Not only did my Doctor put me on sleepy pills and tranqualizers/sedatives but also, amphetamines for ADD that I'm now building a tolerance to. I hate it wearing off a lot quicker now a days and I'm exhausted most of the time. I just want to quit without the uncomfortable side effects and BELIEVE ME the side effects from speed are exhaustion, irritability, headaches, severe depression, feeling foggy headed and feel like puking. I posted a request on a Prayer thread in this forum, that I used for the very first time, a few hours ago, and hope it worked.
I really hope with Prayers, my withdrawals symptoms will go away quickly, and I will feel better and get clean fast and never touch speed again. I want to stop poisoning my body and found out I can manage my Attention Deficit Disorder with certain herbs/Alternative Medicine. BTW, I do not smoke weed or drink. I've been taking prescription drugs for almost 20 years and didn't realize what I was getting into that young...
I would be very GRATEFUL to anyone that can send me ENERGY, and STRENGTH and I PROMISE I will try my best, to get off the amphetamines FIRST and when I feel better I will WEEN myself off the other drugs. I don't want to get too sick and want to be careful and take it step by step, getting clean.
I will pray for anyone that wants prayer also. The more Prayer Energy, I believe the better.

My mom sent my to a doctor for depression and anxiety when I was 16yo and now I'm 36yo. The antidepressants make me tired to(a common side effect I was told). I want to quit all pills and be all natural.

I think ALL Lightworkers/healers need prayer, every now and again. We are all on earth to grow and heal our issues. Life brings tests and that's why we keep reincarnating here, because we did NOT learn our lessons and heal our issues from our lifetime before this one.

The Worlds of the Givers and Receiver's

When we think about our well-being it is not just ourselves that we think about, yet how our well-being affects others around us. We need to take responsibility for our health mind, body and spirit. If one of any of the three is out we are out of balance.

Well-being means personal growth

Well-being means valuing yourself

Other people can impact on your well-being

Balancing your life, health and well-being

How do we know when we get unbalanced, and how do we get back into balance. Help can be gained by the worlds of the givers and receivers and catalyst. Here are the worlds.

Human world: givers and receiver's and catalyst of energy

Plant world: givers and receivers of energy

Mineral world: givers and receivers of energy

Crystal World: givers and receivers, catalyst and stores of energy

Water world: givers and receivers of energy

Animal world: givers and receivers of energy

Metal world: catalyst, receivers, and stores of energy

All these worlds can be used to get back into balance yet we forget that we have this source right at our finger tips and we choose not to use what Mother earth has given us.

How many times have you been into the bush and found that you have left there feeling total revitalised?. That is because you have been around the givers and receivers. If your body needs energy you are receiving energy, as well as the plants are receiving all your negative energy, which is been returned to the central sun, of the Mother Earth, to be regenerated.

For total cleansing of the aura, going to the beach and swimming in the sea will do that. It is good when you are feeling weighed down and heavy. The sail water and salt air is good for depleting the aura. How many of lyou have gone to the beach and had to go home for a sleep because you are tired?

We have used plants for healing, the plants have given us medicine, and we have received energy from them.

Animals have given us energy and nourishment for our bodies by their sacrifice so we can eat. Animals are also healers, and receivers of negative energy especially dogs as they have unconditional love.
