I refer to the body of work of Don Miguel Ruiz and what he calls Toltec wisdom. A sort of working man's Castaneda, if you are familiar with that tradition. Don Miguel's first best seller was called "The Four Agreements" which spells out these 4 principles: 1. Always be impeccable with your Word. 2. Don't make assumptions. 3. SOMETHING has effected the people here. You are picking on each other, making rash decisions, reading attack in almost everything anyone types, getting super defensive when responding to each other, and so on. What is it? I dunno. Maybe the alignment. Maybe something put out by HAARP or some other sneaky manipulative way. Maybe even this is what was meant by ascension symptoms and that it wouldn't be easy. But what I do know is that I see division happening. That is just not cool. Divided we fall. So, why in the world would I post this and possibly put even more things out there for people to be defensive about? So that we may SEE it. If we can actually SEE what is going on, perhaps we can then deal with it better. We will know that our first reactions may not be the best and will THINK about what we are about to say to someone else before we post something that would draw in negativity. Kinda like, when you admit that you have an anger problem you will recognize it before you let it effect another. The disease is spreading. Lets take steps together to stop or reduce it's infection. Do you remember Caruso's favorite expression? Be Still. Right now I think this would mean to CHILLAX! It passed very naturally as I suspect it was due to my youthful habits of substance abuse and sleeping habits. In conjunction with this state I would also have a building up of electrical pressure behind my eyes which would culminate in a major release and build up again for several cycles of this sensation. The breathing part might be due to not having enough oxygen being absorbed into your body. Try some deep breathing exercises and meditation. Could also be the onset of kundalini rising. It's not something I choose to dwell on but I do know there are others who are and have suffered at such abuse. There is a misconception that love and light alone won't help us. I never bought in to the alien abduction thing, not discounting it completely but there are nefarious beings here on Earth already that would like nothing better to brainwash us into "believing" in the abduction scenario to promote fear. Protection from on High is the best antidote for any unwanted feelings of "loosing it". I've used the golden-white light of protection for myself asking my angels, higher self, Christ and most of all God to give me strength to handle any situation. I think something that has helped me, PlanetaryStorm, just recently has been the Serenity prayer, which I posted to Cosmo. God grant me the power to change the things I CAN change, to accept the things I can't and the wisdom to know the difference. Resistance often gives us pain (to the ego). If we accept that everyone is different, and accept their differences without taking them personally, negative energy or attack literally go over our heads...they cannot affect us. Accusations hurt us when we are either in unawareness of ourselves and what we're projecting OR when they resemble some truth. As I say, let's bless those who criticize. They are entitled to their opinion. And it's our free choice what we do with that opinion. And Div you miss that it not only the hunt for our souls but also for our physical bodies which are the vehicles for our spirits. I was saved from death and reanimated by the same positive beings when I was a child so they know where to find me, that sole abduction experience I had to suffer was possibly allowed so that I could see the truth who's behind those takeover tries. Meanwhile I was taking the brainwashing(propaganda to believe my saviors were bad guys too, that is what had me disconnected me from the good beings. You know if you can just hold on long enough the truth always comes out. Darkness can hide in the light when it appears as light. This is only "Kirk-Lore" not based on any scientific facts whatsoever. I posted on another site yesterday to a woman who had so much love for others trying to help, that she got caught up in some crazy shit trying to defend herself to others and trying to get them to understand the sacred ways of her people and to only share them and she was totally attacked. This is whats happening here IMO. This is what I posted and boy does it apply : Dear Sister I am a Saboba (Native American) I feel that in your zeal to help others that you have opened yourself to ridicule from those that live in the darkness of fear and lack of Mother Earth's Love Can you not see that only dilute your message and redirect your purpose? You are trying to justify yourself and get the unbelievers to understand you and in so doing you have lost your way. They are like the atheist who angers the believer to tell them the truth, trying to get them to understand, that only gives them more ammunition to fight you with, in so doing keeping you busy argueing and away from your path. Speak your truth to only those that listen, you know who they are and rejoice that your Love is being shared with those that love back. Look into your heart in the stillness and you will find those that will share your prayers. Do not let the evil keep you from the sraight path. Be strong and pray for your enemy in secret and they too will find their way. Stop fighting Sister. Aho I Love You Aways and I feel you. This is how I feel about this site now. Stop Fighting and get on with it. You spend way too much time in the diluting and fighting mode. Unconditional love is just that "Unconditional" so please, please, oh please let's get on with what is really important.
