*Been taking prescription drugs for off and on for 20 year.
My mom sent my to a doctor for depression and anxiety when I was 16yo and now I'm 36yo. The antidepressants make me tired to(a common side effect I was told). I want to quit all pills and be all natural.
OK, sorry for babbling...just wanted to explain
