The Universe [The Fractal Holographic Universe] is not like a Merlin who decides what is created and what not.

The Fractal Holographic Universe is like a SEA of POSSIBILITIES and of POTENTIAL ... all valid, all a possibility.
The ENVIRONMENT creates out-lets for these potentials which are all basically learning experiences and virtual expressions of information.

This STUFF exists becoz the environment [this part of the Galaxy, this Interstellar MEDIUM] has the components and [support-]factors for its existence.

FORM depends on the ingredients in the "bowl" and the chemistry between these ingredients. The form of the "bowl" is the frequency or music released by this chemistry. Taste is the experience of the cake that is baked from all these factors. The cake is the result of the NEED that exists to consume and metabolise.

In other words : Things like the AI-Black-Ghoo exist coz there is a NEED for it, a need to LEARN and to taste and experience and grow from it.

The learning-factor of this AI-species for us has many levels > What is it ? WHY is it ? Can we fight/kill it ? Are there other ways to deal with it ? How did it get attacked to us ? What can we do differently ?
there are choices too > Do we like it or not ? Do you want to align with it ? What is your intent towards it ?

EVERYTHING is THERE for a REASON !
The Fractal Universe doesnt do "just for fun", it does not wastes energy, everything is organised and working according energy-flow towards something, away from something, enforcements and annihilations that lead to other structures/templates ... nothing by accident !

My answer would be : NO

The FEAR is there becoz the Life-Form produces it. It was a choice to produce fear, it was a lack of knowledge and awareness, a lack of consciousness.
Fear cant stand on its own ... it needs to be fed, it needs to be linked with the resonation-source. The energy-field of FEAR is not a strong field which lasts long on its own, it will kind of vaporise quickly becoz the leading energy or guiding energy of the Universe is Love. Love = Light ... Fear is the LACK of Light.

WE have to learn that WE [ourselves] CREATE FEAR, make fear exist ... we give it potential ...
WE have a responsibility regarding fear.


Maybe this sounds harsh,
but the bigger the lack of knowledge, awareness, consciousness > The BIGGER the potential of FEAR.
The more we learn and the more we know about how Nature works, the more PEACE we will find, the more centred we will be, calm and peaceful and connected to the WHOLE.

LIGHT = INFORMATION
FEAR can grow where there is a lack of LIGHT and a lack of INFORMATION.


I guarantee you that when more of your DNA is activated, more LIGHT will be radiated, NOT out of DEFENCE, not out of pride/to-show-off, but simple the I AM - resonant and harmonious with ALL THAT IS
---> Then this AI-ghoo will move on becoz it cant feed on us, and it doesnt want to starve.
