Quetzalcoatl: A Meditation on the Frequency of Return

Return is a vibrational frequency.
What does it mean to experience a frequency of Return?

Here we are dealing with two numbers indicating Return: The first number is 24, the second is 53. In the I Ching, Codon 24 with one yang line on the bottom and five yin lines above it, refers to Return (= Radiant Return, 20 Tablets). This is because the Yang line at the bottom moves upward and represents the seventh stage of increasing darkness, a return of the light. Things can only go in six stages. If darkness increases through six stages, then with the seventh stage, the yin turns into yang, the dark becomes the light. That is why it is said in the commentary to Codon 24, “On the seventh day there is Return.” By analogy, here the seventh day is the completion of the process of the seven days of creation. It is only when the seventh day comes that there is really a Return, represented by a new dawn or a winter solstice, when the days grow longer once again. (Note: On the their first album, “Piper at the Gates of Dawn,” Pink Floyd’s legendary Syd Barrett put this reflection to verse in the song entitled, “Chapter 24”. (See: Cosmic History Chronicles, Volume III, Book of the Mystery, for in-depth analysis).

The six days of creation are crowned by the seventh, this is the day that God “takes to the Throne” and assumes all Authority. In the cosmology of the Cosmic History Chronicles, we are still in the very final stages of the sixth day of creation and the seventh has not yet dawned—but soon it will. This is the meaning of the closing of the cycle and the launching of Timeship Earth 2013, the dawning of the seventh day of creation. God assuming the Throne means that only on the seventh day is everything set in order. This is coincident with the divine harmony that bursts forth when karmic error and its “evil” have finally exhausted themselves and are thwarted by a superior science and magic based on a new knowledge, the laws and codes of the synchronic order of the Law of Time.

Answering Div - St. Germaine channeled this in the late 80s to Americans and Australians - I was fortunate to attend channeling nights here in Perth as Azena did an Australian tour. He told her and her husband that the material was not to be released until 1992. A book was compiled of his channelings in both countries and they purposely retained his old English style - He also shows great humour and warmth. I dont think because it seems older that it is in any way less relevant - it is wisdom and how can you date wisdom. Azena was invited onto one of our radio stations and while in trance state (completely full body ) she was given questions by the interviewer a couple of times in French (they were trying to trick her) St.Germain said -so you doubt and want proof - this is not a carnival!! Of course the channeler Azena had no knowledge of the French language and as they use the mind and verbiage and brain of the conduit he did not answer the French questions- but why would he anyway - Below his dignity. But what was really interesing when the interview was completed all lights and power went off in the studio - they were struck dumb!!!!! Woo, woo, wooo, they shook a bit at that!!!!

Of course, there is no universal agreement on the actual substance of the ancient's view, so we can only isolate any common threads we can find that still seem relevant. As far as I know though, they didn't regard the universe as eternal.

The fractal principle is important because you have an energy system within an atom, which in some degree, is similar to the energy system within the solar system, which to some degree is similar to the energy system within the galaxy, and even the galaxies all have a orbit around a universal center as well, that has been determined by a researcher from Russia, Dr. A.N. Mishin.

So, in the solar system, there is a cycle that at first was believed to only affect the Earth. It's a show wobbling of the Earth's axis, called precession. It takes 26,000 years to complete, roughly speaking. So you get the idea now how this can be like a rhythm, like a pulse, okay?

Well that's what happens, there's this pulsation at the center of every torus, and that pulsation then ripples out through the medium, because this whole torus is like a fluid, it's like a medium.

So the pulses are going out from the center, they reflect off the outside edge of the sphere, okay? Then they start going back towards the center. So they're going out and coming back. So you have this area in the center, which is doing this (making up and down hand motions), right? There you have waves going out, waves reflecting off the edge, waves coming back to the center. So this is what's happening.

Now the waves that go out, and the waves that come back are interfering with each other, they're colliding with each other. When they do they form walls, spherical walls of energy, where there's a higher concentration, because you've got the wave that's going, (makes sound effect noise), and they collide together and form this wall. Now as more energy gets into this system, the central oscillator starts going a little bit faster, or maybe the rhythm doesn't change but the power of the waves changes.

So the actual size of the whole system gets larger, and this is what's actually happening. You have, it's basically a counter rotating energy force. The way that you have one, this actually goes back to the ancient Vedic scriptures from India. They talk about Purusha and Prakriti, the two primeval forces, which actually are geometries. Purusha is a icosahedron, and Prakriti is a dodecahedron, which are these basic geometries, Platonic Solids as they're called.

So one basically stays stationary, while the other one, moves, and they counter-rotate inside of each other. So you now have to imagine two spheres with the donut whole in the same space, and as they collide, they counter-rotate, and they form one as it rotates, forms a wave that's going up like this (makes clockwise circle motion with hands), the other one rotates, it forms a wave that goes down like this (makes counter-clockwise circle motion with hands).

The up-going wave, and the down-going wave collide in the center, form this sphere, that pressure creates the pulsation, the pulsation creates ripples that go out, ripples come back, they interfere with each other, they create these walls of energy, and as the system evolves, the walls of energy expand in size. As those walls collide with our solar system, they charge up the sun, they charge up the planets.

The Mystic Gardner Never Changes Key

The mystic gardener contemplates the Earth and in the depths of non-conceptual contemplation feels the resonance of the world systems. He knows before he talks, so you rarely hear him say anything, but when he speaks, even the winds stops to listen. He feels the whole of existence before he acts, so he does little but when he does, mountains are moved.

When you hear his song you know that you have heard it before, and have always been waiting to hear it again. His knowledge is number, so you can only communicate with him by telepathy. Here is a transcript of what he says about himself:

54 x13, the number of my frequency, multiplied by the number of moons in the annual cycle = 702. That is the same as 78 x 9, the frequency of the tomb of Pacal Votan times the number of the Lords of Time, for the Wavespell of Prophecy is where my garden is cultivated. Here there is no dust of toxic chemical nor pollution of mind, only the frequency of transcendence, for Lunar World Bridger is my guide, the key clear sign to the prophecy of Pacal Votan. I carry the mark of Maldek in my seal, number 14, and the Martian redemption is my crown. When the World-Bridger seal 6 is added to my 14, we are 20, the number of totality. 702 (13 moons x 54), multiplied by 4, the power of cosmic form= 2808. Study this number well. Divided by 13, 2808 = 216 = 6 x 6 x 6 = 54 x 4. This is the sixth-dimensional cipher that opens the constant of light. It is an invariable among the angelic orders whose physics only expands the number of the dimensions of time.

Yet there is more. 2808 = 108 x 26, fractal of the Harmonic Module of 260 = 54 x 52, frequency of the Lunar Wizard multiplied by the Sirian Beta code. The Galactic Mayan mind transmission occurs in two hemicycles of 2808 frequencies each = 5616 = 108 x 52, the number of the GM108X factored by the Sirius Beta code, the same as 104 x 54, the Arcturus harmonic multiplied by the Lunar Wizard’s frequency.

Divided by 8, 2808 = 351 octaves, or 13 x 27. 351x 8 = 104 x 27 = 2808. 104 is the frequency of the Arcturus harmonic (13 x 8). The song of the Mystic Gardener never changes key, but its octave range is infinite. Perfect harmony is in store. This year will be the most critical in the cycle of the Mystery of the Stone for catalyzing the stabilization of the new time and the unifying perceptions of the synchronic order. For those truly following the codes of the Law of Time, this year we begin to bridge from the sensory order of the third dimension to the telepathic order of the fourth dimension.

To wield true power one must become the simple fool seeking to become a wizard. The power of shaping space comes from emptying the space in which you ordinarily dwell, that is, debunking your heavy-laden consciousness of all its pet beliefs and becoming like an empty vessel, joyous and receptive. You are joyous because you are free to receive from the spiritually nourishing power of the higher dimensions. Then, whatever thought arises will have the power to shape the space in which it arises.

The Codon shows the Wizard’s Song, joy, the ocean below, while above it is the open way of the spacious Earth. The binary letter of space is between time and space, this is the Wizard’s aspiration. Joy comes from inner certainty, the two yang lines in the first two places of the Codon. The two receptive lines in the center are matched by the two receptive lines in the top two places. This signifies the great open way of the true wizards. They listen and reflect before ever acting, if ever they act at all! If they are given to action it is always in accord with the Great Way of Nature, and so are able to remain invisible to all except the invisible forces that guide them. Once the space has been shaped by the self-arising power of pristine thought, cosmic awareness dawns to empower the space. Cosmic awareness is the gift for maintaining a pure mind, a mind devoid of selfish preoccupation. Cosmic awareness empowers space as the Temple of Being. This temple is the arena of consciousness that opens to all levels and dimensions of reality. Though this space and consciousness exist all the time, to actually experience it as the empowered continuum of the reality in which you actually dwell requires exertion and discipline.

While the first quarter codon is the expression of the prime power of 19, the second quarter exemplifies the third power of nine, 27. As the Temple of Being, the structure of the third power of nine exhibits an interesting architecture of symmetry: A yang line at the bottom and top and four yin lines in between. The lower triplet is the seed thunder, the energy of being, which requires space for its forceful yang line to enter from below the horizon of consciousness. The upper triplet, is just the opposite, it is the Temple, the mountain gate where meditation is the only event. Between the arousing energy of the thunder and the temple gate on top of the mountain, is the broad space of cosmic awareness that defines the Temple of Being—the binary letter of space between radiance below and mind above. In this Temple, the arousing energy can be experienced as the root of telepathy. But to function, the Temple of Being must be swept clean. Since this temple is also your body it might be a good time to fast, clean out and change to a simpler style of body and mind. When cosmic awareness empowers space, then you’ll find no rats, fast food, or impure thoughts within the magic temple of being, the Timeship of perfect harmony.

Once the space of the Temple of Being—your own pure original essence -Has been empowered, then the self-existing cosmic order may appear to enlighten the space. This refers to the telepathic projection of the higher telepathic order of cosmic civilization. This cosmic order is magnetically attracted to the empowered space of those beings that have attained a pure mind, a free will of magical accord with Reality. Because this order is nothing sought but the inevitable accomplishment of the process of enlightenment, it becomes the enlightening factor of the space that attracts it. Here are the subliminal information units that establish the structure of a higher operating order of reality, the mind-expanding noosphere.

In the third quarter Codon 35, Mind Expanding—power of seven moved by the fifth force—the great open encoding way of Earth is now below and within, while above is the all-illumining light of the sun, the crystal vision of the mind as it expands into the four quarters of cosmic reality. We approach the hour when Black Iron Garuda Crest will become fully awakened. If we have persevered in the work at uncovering our true essence, his power of invincible determination should be radiating from the solar ring into our core being. The catalytic tempo of preparing to live in the dimension of telepathy now translates the subliminal constructs of cosmic order into the principle of dynamic construction. This principle is the factor evolving space into a new order of reality. There is the sense of a tremendous creative energy surging through us. The binary letter time is between time below and energy above. This means that when we are synchronized by the time, the principle of dynamic construction can be released as the energy evolving the space of our enlightened cosmic awareness into actions that create the foundations of the future.

Yes, two more hours of work and I am on vacation until next Tuesday :) Going to see Mom for Mom's day tomorrow. I bought a Redbud tree for her that I will plant while I'm there. Then off to see Dad and Grandma.

Well Divvie, in so far as my feelings are concerned, may I say that David doesn't feel wrong at all. :-)
I haven't seen his version of 'purush and prakriti' before, but I wouldn't dismiss it, as I know that fractals are often what you see in extraordinary circumstances, like when you turn out the lights, or you look out a plane window at altitude. :-)
Nevertheless, I believe we'll be puzzling over the actual science involved for some time yet.
But we won't need to, if we simply want to find and experience our spiritual bliss.
