As of last week, less than five years remain in the Mayan calendar. There is a countdown to the end of the current cycle in 2012 and no one is talking about it, not even the spirits! Many believe that the die is already cast, that the future of humankind is set. It is my firm belief, and that of the Twelve, that radical change is not only possible but necessary.

This being the case, I feel the need to clarify the action (and non-action) of the Twelve in the current and coming cycle. We are all extremely busy, engaged in everything from legal battles to music tours to things that should not even be mentioned in passing. Some of us are completely underground and at least one of us is on spiritual retreat. None of these things lessen our commitment to Project Restoration. But they are a cause for intermittent communication, at least until the guides give the signal for us to open the vault.

The Transcendent Nation opened its virtual borders on 11.11.07, but just a crack. Certain levels of reality need to be brought into alignment before Project Restoration can be shared with the world.

I was really hoping that we would receive some guidance on the winter solstice. I even traveled to a special power spot on the West coast, following a lead that another piece of the Scroll would be found there.

Not yet.

I will be posting as soon as there are any new developments. In the meantime, however, I want to share with you some important information on the mystical path of Qabalah for the future cycle. {When spelled with the letter Q, Qabalah refers to a symbol code of universal and natural laws and principles that bridges the inner traditions of East and West. Qabalah is nonsexist, non-racist, non-homophobic and both non or inter-denominational at heart.}

Severity, the fifth sphere on the Qabalistic Tree of Life is being lassoed into focus here. On the Tree of Life, Severity (a.k.a. "loving restriction") is the partner of the fourth sphere Mercy (a.k.a. "loving permission").

Like the Red Cross and any worthy tradition, Severity spares the weak, the oppressed and the wounded. It also enforces the laws (universal and natural) and protects when we’re being tyrannized---in danger of getting hurt by others or ourselves.

No surprise that Severity is also called Justice and Fear. Its just and fearful aspects bring up the principle of cause and effect, that each cause or action has its effect or reaction. Nothing escapes cause and effect (or what many non-Bible thumpers call karma).

While all occurrences fall under the law of cause and effect, there are times when what happens to or around us isn’t so much a personal repercussion as it is an opportunity to step-out and step-up and deal with a random or synchronistic set of circumstances--whether this means giving the Heimlich maneuver to someone choking on a piece of steak, putting oneself in danger by pulling a child out of the way of an oncoming car, or rescuing a neighbor’s dogs from an approaching tornado. Our role is to be alert to hearing the call to act and then answering it. Actions like these offer the chance to adjust or mitigate the workings of cause and effect (or, to use that heathen word, karma).

The outworking of Severity is like the best guidance that parents can give their kids. Conscientious parenting includes such as protecting one's children from the dangers which they have not yet learned to handle for themselves, teaching them how to protect themselves and giving them a code of behavior and values. Despite how hard it can be, good parents allow their children to experience the consequences of their actions when they test or violate this code.

Severity sits on the part of the Tree of Life that’s in the future. Another often overlooked aspect of being a good parent is remembering that one’s child may grow into someone who’s compelled to update obsolete codes. That is, to base his or her actions on what is universal (versus purely social or cultural).

My friend Rob’s folks had a fit when he brought an woman from Calcutta, as his “date”, to a family wedding. His grandfather nearly fell off his chair when Rob and Shakti into the room arm and arm. (I nearly fell off my chair because they looked so great together---him with his blond hair and big blue eyes and Shakti with her jet black hair and big brown eyes. Whew!) Sunday School taught Rob that all people are created equal, yet it was somehow implied that they must also be white and Christian, too. This is a example of being told to think a particular way, yet with certain deeply embedded social, cultural and religious codes contradicting this mindset. As an example of someone compelled to update their parent’s obsolete code, Rob served to jolt his closed-minded family members into a more awake state, updating the collective message.

Severity offers a working knowledge of the Radical Intelligence--that is, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual power that comes with a working understanding of a sphere on the Tree of Life.

The Radical Intelligence is extreme, sweeping and revolutionary. It’s like a cosmic weeding process. Radical energy arises to purposefully uproot obsolete thought and behavior patterns that are impeding growth and a clearer connection with divinity. Interestingly, this concept is used in mathematics (where radicalizing means reduction). When the mathematician subtracts what does not work, she or he is then left with what does! The Radical Intelligence is what revolutionize and ultimately evolutionizes our lives when we fall asleep on the job or hesitate to do what’s screaming to be cared for.

When I resist change and instead push to maintain the status quo, my development is slowed and my perception is clouded. The Radical Intelligence is like a set of pruning shears that eliminates what prevents a plant from flourishing. Pruning redirects the life force to where it’s most beneficial. Eventually, one would hope that we learn how Severity's actions can play an essential role in the scheme of both personal and planetary evolution by cutting back on what’s out of sync with the whole, dead or extraneous.

The Radical Intelligence can be compared to the social, political or religious dissident whose dedication to an ideal or cause is so intense that he or she passionately enacts (yet without being overly attached to or enmeshed in the outcome) what is needed to educate others--and as a byproduct becomes a target. Instances of this may be seen in the imprisonment, torture and murder of dissenters throughout the ages. Racial behavior may be seen as a response and/or reaction to the downside of Severity (i.e., tyranny, wanton destruction and cowardice).

Of course, what this Intelligence accomplishes depends on one’s intentions, state of awareness, and what the world at large is ready for. It may be blinded by personal passion, or elevated to perceive beyond personal preference and attachment to act as a vehicle for the One. The Radical Intelligence aims to lead us past identifying solely with our personality, to identify with our Higher Soul Spirit Self. As a consequence, its energies may be employed to commit genocide or bring those same people through a covert network to safety and freedom. In its purest sense, the Radical Intelligence is neutral at heart and mercifully ferocious.

Aliens have contacted humans several times but governments have hidden the truth for 60 years, the sixth man to walk on the moon has claimed.

Apollo 14 astronaut Dr Edgar Mitchell, said he was aware of many UFO visits to Earth during his career with NASA but each one was covered up.

Dr Mitchell, 77, said during a radio interview that sources at the space agency who had had contact with aliens described the beings as 'little people who look strange to us.'

He said supposedly real-life ET's were similar to the traditional image of a small frame, large eyes and head.

Chillingly, he claimed our technology is 'not nearly as sophisticated' as theirs and "had they been hostile", he warned 'we would be been gone by now'.

Dr Mitchell, along with with Apollo 14 commander Alan Shepard, holds the record for the longest ever moon walk, at nine hours and 17 minutes following their 1971 mission.

In an era noted for its barbarity, Persepolis, it seems, was a relatively cosmopolitan place—and for many Iranians today its ruins are a breathtaking reminder of who their Persian ancestors were and what they did.

The recorded history of the country itself spans some 2,500 years, culminating in today's Islamic Republic of Iran, formed in 1979 after a revolution inspired in part by conservative clerics cast out the Western-backed shah. Neural Networking in the Cosmic Brain

According to the European Southern Observatory (ESO), "All recent computer-simulations of the early universe have one prediction in common: the first large-scale structures to form in the young universe are long filaments connected at their ends in 'nodes'. The models typically look like a three-dimensional spider's web, and resemble the neural structure of a brain." Now, astronomers have actually detected a "universal web" - vast filaments of hot gas tracing the web have been "seen" in the current universe. Astronomers using NASA's X-ray satellite observatory, Chandra, "viewed" the filaments stretching for millions of light years through space, with one passing through our own galaxy. Astronomers say that the filamentary structures are so hot that it would generally be invisible to optical, infrared, and radio telescopes. These invisible filaments are detected only because higher density ordinary matter tends to accumulate and condense in them - generating radiation which can be measured by scientists to confirm their existence in intergalactic space.

The visible galaxies in the universe are not isolated and disconnected but are interwoven by a filamentary web-like structure - which is the invisible dark matter scaffolding of the universe. The web-like structure is both a signature feature of invisible dark matter and magnetic plasma. The appearance of this web bears an uncanny resemblance to a cross-section of the brain. But it is not only the morphology (i.e. structural aspects) of the large scale structure of the universe which is similar to the human brain but also the physiology (i.e. the functions). These filaments carry currents of charged particles (ions) over large distances that generate magnetic fields – similar to a nerve fiber. And they form circuits, just like the neural circuits in the brain. The high degree of connectivity is what sets the brain apart from an ordinary computer. Connectivity is also apparent in the cosmic web. Galaxies are formed when filaments pinch or cross each other. A nexus of filaments (including thousands of tiny filamentary currents) will provide the connectivity for the transfer of not only energy but information from one galactic nucleus to another. This web-like structure of filaments and vortexes is also similar to the acupuncture meridian system – which includes vortexes called "chakras".

According to Dr David Tansely, "The seven major chakras are formed at points where standing lines of light (or meridians) cross each other 21 times. The 21 minor chakras are located at points where the energy strands cross 14 times." These meridians are supported by probably thousands of other smaller filamentary currents. This provides a significant amount of connectivity in our subtle bodies. Similar filamentary currents in the large-scale structure of the universe also provide a high degree of connectivity in the "cosmic brain". Over time, tiny filamentary currents grow into large filaments as the amount of current flowing through them increases; in others the current decreases according to plasma dynamics. These filaments form networks that reflect the state of the universe at a point in time. The filamentary currents therefore appear to be able to generate the same mechanics that occurs in a brain – enabling memories to be encoded.

Magnetic fields are generated across vast regions of space and have been detected by astrophysicists. Electrical currents in the brain also generate magnetic fields which can be observed by measuring the magnetic fields they generate outside the skull in a technique called magneto-encephalography, or MEG. Cosmic and planetary consciousness can have a valid scientific basis once we realize that the filaments and galaxies in space, and the web-like structure of filaments and vortexes on Earth, can encode information. Surely, if we can accept an electro-chemical basis for the encoding of memories, why not an electromagnetic one in space and interpenetrating the Earth (as in computers using neural networking technology)?

I shouldn't think so. They might be perverted effects of a perverted belief about what love is.

Love is truth, love is expression, love is motion, love is e-motion, love is kindness, love is non-judgemental, love is sharing, love is allowing, love is knowledge, love is wisdom, love is feeling, love is expansive, love is self-generating, love is the Universe, love is God, love is you, love is me, love is our interracting to understand who we are, love is our interracting to understand what God is, love enables us to become more of what we actually are, love enables God to learn and change and become more. Logic says, therefore, that love is unlimited, infinite, growth, but may also be a simple kiss on the cheek between free-willers.

Why place a limit on it? For the purpose of judging your fellow free-willers? Does that make you feel nice?

Meantime, humans do the best they can. (And sometimes the worst, of course!).

I am not in this state all the time, i am still practicing. It is like the same things are done only now i am aware of it. I can observe the coming and going of thoughts like clouds in the sky and know they are not me. I am not the thinker, i am the one observing the thinking.
