Yes you understand me. Yes it is impossible for me to convey exactly what i feel because we have to use language to communicate.

I control what enters my mind by paying attention to every one of them. Sometimes i get distracted and thoughts arise i know are not mine. Then i pay attention again and nice thoughts arise. Then there is no randomness, it feels like i channel me, i am communicating with me.

I do act upon thoughts, like when someone enters the room and wants to connect. Then i have to act. Or my stomach says "i am hungry" then i go and eat. I am a very average human.

The yogi state you describe i feel is limited, only few experiences in such a life, not much happens. I feel an urge for new experience, i always want more. lol


Your questions make me curious also, it shows me you studied. Now i am wondering how much. :)
