Why can't we just have Putin and Trump run the US as a partnership?

Exxon will help with the technology. Oil will go back up to $65.00 a barrel. Putin will be happy. No one will see Donnie's videos. American people get fucked as usual. Oil always goes up when an R is elected president. It's like clockwork. Makes me think the D supporting ME does this shit purposely to make the new president tow the line with them. And I don't forget how the D's ran for office in '06 over these high prices and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing when they won and we watch gas and oil reach their highest price ever during their "reign".
