Then he developed a new type of supersonic centrifuges, to make fuel quicker. The US thought it would be 18 months before they would be ready to make a bomb. But just 6 months later, they detonated their first. Pakistan then sold some of these centrifuges to Iran, and then Iran had the plans, ordering stuff from Russia, so they could build more. The last time anyone was allowed to check them out, they had over 3000 of them. With plans to build another 3000. These were vertical tubes spinning supersonic.
