Can someone help me find the interview where guy talks about intelligence and counter intelligence

Hi everyone,

There was an interview on YouTube where someone talked about intelligence, counter-intelligence, wikileaks, etc.

The guy suggested that before wikileaks there was some other organisation used for the same purpose. Then wikileaks was established and it was established by the CIA or some other government agency.

He also talked about how the intelligence agencies often purposefully leaked classified information by leaving folders, discs, usb sticks (as far as I can remember) in public places. And then they study how this information makes it through to the media etc. and what effect it has.

I think he covered more, but that's what I remember. The bit about leaving stuff in public places is what I distinctly remember.

I'm not making any claims as to his credibility or credibility of his information, but I want to find that video again.

I think it may have been an RT interview but I'm not sure.

I think his background was in cybersecurity or something like that.
