Current physics does not have an answer for the composition of dark matter and yet most will admit that dark matter makes up most of the matter in the universe.

This company, Brilliant Light Power, has demonstrated chemically and experimentally the existence of a lower electron orbit (higher energy state) in the hydrogen atom. They call it a hydrino. They postulate that it is indeed hydrinos that make up dark matter.

If their invention works, physics will have to deal with it.

They are due to have a field test later this year.

The proof will be in the pudding.
