Got in a (physical) fight w/ a cop...

When they put me in max they already had a spook (govt agent) right next to me...The day b4 I was scheduled 2b released he tried to goad me into beating up a cripple for $10,000. Of course I didn't fall for it...

When it comes to cops "physical altercation" is a broad term. You could have tripped and bumped into to him or puked in his shoes and he wrote it up that way.

No. This is what I heard in court: The burger king people called the cops on me because I appeared extremely intoxicated (I had a big (double) bottle of vodka in there (in a transparent bag) & kept going outside to swig it...)
I left b4 the cops got there, but they caught up w/ me & told me I need to go to detox - I said, I'm not going anywhere, & said, Don't touch me! & kept walking...The cop asked me to sit in the back of his squad car but I refused, at which point he told me I was under arrest - - - - - - but when he tried to cuff me he could'nt & we both fell to the floor where I "tassled" w/ him...(yeah, even the judge was like, did u just say "tassled"? Yes, sir.) I woke up in a jail cell w/ a throbbing black eye & my temple burning/bruised (probably ended up slamming my head into the frozen pavement...)

Anyway, they only charged me w/ a (petty) misdeameanor when they easily could have charged me w/ a felony - even the jail guard couldnt believe it - "You only got charged w/ resisting!?!?!?"

If you ever find yourself in a similar situation a friend taught me something that works in any cop situation. He was stumbling drunk and pulled over for a dui. He shit his pants all diharrea style getting out. Cops told him they would follow him home and no ticket. They dont want that in their patrol cars if its early in the shift.

Only vodka has this effect on me...(I can drink whiskey...or anything else w/ no prob...) A bartender once told me vodka has this effect on some people - we can drink anything & be fine, but if we drink vodka - once in a while we go berserk - challenging anybody to a fight - last year I challenged 2 cops (w/ guns) to fight me...they walked away from me...

And, yeah, I bought a big bottle last nite (half-finished) its so fukkin cheap ($7.99 for 1.5 liters!)!

Drinking is a matter of survival for me - I'm where it gets -25 overnite, -50 w/ wind chills - I sleep in an unheated "unit" & the liquor keeps me warm. Normally I avoid vodka but its the cheapest thing in the store & I can't afford to spend more...So you're wrong - something good {i]does come from it!
