Food makes me sleepy

I just ate 2 begals with cream cheese and a bowl of 2 bags worth of chicken flavored ramen noodles, now im bedding down for the nigbt, watching my favorite 1970's UFO documentary, on Roku. Soon I shall surrender to a tranquil, deep sleep.

From what I heard, it's more a supplement than a drug. It supposed to be the same chemical that your brain makes to help you get sleepy. I use it, and it's cheap.
