I keep getting fired for having issues with authority

I talk to bosses the way that they talk to me and use the same language they use.

It gets interesting when they start using foul language and I use it right back.

Man, I can't help it. I abhor any boss wielding any form of power over me, so I always end up in an argument and telling him to go get fucked.

I don't mind fulfilling duties to the best of my ability, but as soon as a boss starts thinking he can talk to my like shit, I immediately confront the dipshit.

The same old shit happens... 'Into my office, now!!', then I refuse and tell him to go fuck himself. I then shine him on by saying, 'What are you going to do, fire me? Go for it you fool!' I did this yesterday, and was told not to come back into work. I casually replied and smirked, 'No problem'.

Now I have to go make a claim for dole, but I just can't help myself. I developed this rebellious streak after I allowed a boss to bully me years ago, but when I stood my ground, it was a totally exhilarating experience, so I just keep repeating the same behaviour over and over.

I just can't afford to ever get bullied again, and I don't give a fuck if I end up homeless and dead as a result. I'd sooner die a proud man, than one who got walked all over in life by some twat in a shirt and tie.

Fuck that shit.

Good, good. It's a thrilling experience challenging authority. There's nothing more exhilarating than socking it them when they think they have you by the nuts.

Have you ever thought you might fit the profile of someone with a personality disorder.. like maybe antisocial? Usually marked with poor impulse control?

Try telling them in a firm calm voice that they may not speak to you like that.

Its amazing how much more power that projects and the response you will get.

Blowing up makes you look weak... and you get fired.

I used to have too much self control, hence tolerating crap from that boss who I let walk all over me years ago, so something within me snapped, and I've never let it happen again since.

I see things this way: I allowed myself to be spoken to like shit because I was frightened of being made penniless and homeless, but then I had an epiphany: whether I die tomorrow or in 50 or 60 years doesn't matter because it is going to happen anyway, and money isn't going to grant me immortality. So, why care if I get fired? I'd sooner die a man proud of standing my ground than one who allowed himself to get trampled all over for his entire life.

What you may not understand is that you don't "sock it to" anyone. You go home and they stay at work. They don't spend 5 more minutes worrying about you because you had been showing your colors long before the "big day". I've hired and fired hundreds of little shits who won't follow instructions and act like little know-it-alls or entitled babies. You know what the world owes you? Nada. You'll be on the dole until you go to prison at this rate.

I can't. My aim is to in fact goad him into a fight, and make an example out of him. He pussied out and turned into a little kitten when he knew I wasn't taking his shit. The others in the office were mortified by my behaviour and looked on speechless.

Did you get any mercury fillings before you snapped? You just don't sound like you have much empathy and you have a lot of hostility.

Many Millennials have the same shifty attitude as OP. Telling them that they must show up at work on time and do their ridiculous WhatsApping and Tweeting on their own time is oppression and bullying. Little snowflakes. Precious little snowflakes. Take away their apps and they throw a temper tantrum like a little baby. Oh yeah, just like a little cry baby. I LOVE to pull rank with assholes like them and make them cry and walk out of their job.

"Authority" figures should show why they are in authority rather than demonstrate societies failures of promoting ass kissers, but slaves are going to slave to earn political correctness points for a scratch behind the ear from an "authority" figure.


Ever notice how "authority" figures have no origianl ideas and have no clue what's actually happening in reality? All they really do is listen to their house slaves and check with everyone else to see how they would handle the situation.
