I appreciate the fact that his cabinet picks are of people who are qualified for the job.

He did not for instance pick someone for being a "proud Latina woman" or because African Americans need more examples in public office.

He picked the individuals best suited for their positions so that is a great start.

I will say it , where NO one will . Frankly it was pretty fucking clear where this country was headed. Mr Trumps election frankly saved MANY MANY lives. From what I've seen so far, a majority of them will refuse to work with him. They will in fact work hard to undermine him. (Because we will let them....they never hear from us, after all.)
