Yeh, I can sort of understand being shit tested by a woman you're into, but in work? It's like, I adhere to a code of conduct in work, i.e., no sexual harassment, and treating colleagues as... colleagues, then they become starved of attention so begin trying to mindfuck me.

i too have also had problems with females in the workplace especially if they are able to suck off enough people to get into a supervisory position. i had to escalate my problems to upper management. total nightmare.

I even had to put up with one of the co-workers talking to me about dildo's (she's a lesbo of course), If I had brought up the subject, she would have probably had me fired for Sexual harrasment..

in the end, it's the enablers that are a lot of the issue too.

You already know what's going on, unless someone else notices her changing behaviour it's as you say , a mindfuck, do not take for granted that she's into you . Do you compete between colleagues? if so consider it may be a sneaky move to take your place or someone else . Until it's all only in your head i suggest to shake it off and focus on work .




You also mentioned this thing to have been happened on other workplaces , this instead suggests me that you kinda are attracted to said women and simply get jealous about them interacting (more? or more confidentially) with other colleagues .
Note that if you happened to actually fall in love with one even regular talk could have been interpreted as flirty .

I agree OP, i've had the same thing even with women i've dated and been in relationships with, and women that liked me but i didn't like them. Sometimes they like to chat repeatedly day in day out, then suddenly they'll do a day of zero contact and when i in turn ignore them for a few days they'll start posting things on social media that they know i like to get my attention again which i again don't acknowledge. Then eventually they'll break and get back to initiating contact with me again like nothing happened, or they'll shoot you an indirect message to remind you they are still around or that we had plans for the next weekend.

Every woman i met is the same way. They need constant tiny reminders that you are still aware they exist and still desire them even when you are in an actual relationship with them. The need for validation but distance at the same time is constant.

I've observed this too with people i know who are in relationships. When the guy is constantly smothering the woman with nice comments and gestures she gets fed up and complains he's being 'too nice' and sure enough the relationship ends in no time with the guy broken hearted, even though it appears he did nothing wrong except be too available to her.

I have never had a woman dump me and i've never even initiated a date with any of them because the one's that really like me i treat the same way as the ones that don't and they always come back to me. It's like they cannot wrap their head around the fact that you might have forgot them or that you might not be into them as much as they are you.
