The funds for the military will no longer be available so there will be an enormous decline in power. The USA will fall fort of like the former Soviet Union did. Public land and infrastructure will will be sold off cheap and privatized along with parts of the oceans within so many miles of the coast. There will be a large population decline and many people will be locked up and forced into labor camps.
