So ppl criticizing his claims are doing what exactly?

They're guilty of the same thing they are saying Trump is guilty of.

Talking out of their ass.

So without an investigation its a stupid talking point for both parties but ultimately it helps Trump regardless of what the left says because it's causing voter fraud to be discussed which leads pointing out we need voter ID because some very populated states like California virtually work on nothing more than the honor system for elections
