A prize awaits the one who can solve this question. Think you are smart?
I was wondering how much money one person could win on the game show Jeopardy. So my question is, if you think you are smart enough, how much if you answered every single question correctly.

I have calculated an exact answer. Lets see how smart you are. BTW I googled it already and those answers I reviewed were wrong because they obviously aren't aware of the game.

Goodluck.

It would depend on at what point you hit the daily doubles..

Trick question.

How much on the daily doubles were wagered?

When did the daily doubles occur?

How much was wagered on final jeopardy?

I got 566,400 if everything went perfectly. Daily doubles hidden behind smallest amounts and picked last

Simple math equation

assume you answered first and correctly every single question

Add all dollar amounts from the first round and second round. Assume you always made it a "true daily double" for both the first and second rounds, assume you made the highest possible risk during final jeopardy

(X) + (Y2) + (Z3)

Whereas x = all dollar amounts of each question from the first and second round added together

Whereas y = the total of your first round's daily double times 2 for the second daily double

Whereas z = x + y, times three, assuming the highest reward in final jeopardy

You did not say how much you could win playing one game. You just asked how much they could win on the show.

Now the rules are you can play week after week if you win. So I guess there is an unlimited amount you could win.

For the sake of this thread then, lets figure out how much you can win in 1 game, a single show.

Not only how many games did the person play, but also the breakdown Given above would apply to each game.

Next, did this player play in the champions round?

Then all of the same possible outcomes would still apply.

The answer is simply unknown but it would be a YYYYuge amount.

Trick question :)

The answer, for ONE EPISODE, is $566, 400. HOWEVER, your question doesn't stipulate any delimiter - it just asks how much you can win. Theoretically - there's no limit other than the show's total payout budget, which is a number we CAN'T calculate or know.

The daily doubles would all have to be the final questions left on the board for it to be a max payout.
