No way, he cant be in control, that would totally violate free will.

No, we do have freewill. Though humans are pretty predictable. I think God does stick His hand in once in awhile to guide people to the path they're supposed to go to but also, those people still have a choice whether to even step onto that path or go back and find a different one.

God is certainly in control, and His plan is moving along nicely.

God simply creates conditions, NOT CONTROL
You align (or drift) yourself to the influence you choose (or choosen for you).

Most certainly God is in control. Look at Revelations ....He told us all of what is going on now, over 2000 yrs ago!!!

I believe God is in absolute control of absolutely everything. Everything that exists, exists moment to moment because He consciously will it to exist, from one moment to the next. He is the Creator. Nothing happens that is not the result of His immutable will. The only people who believe in Free-will are those He compells to beieve they have free-will. If you believe in free-will, try to believe otherwise. HA! You can't, can you?

try telling that to someone whom God just guided into the path of a car, truck, bus, train, etc.

That persons death is to remind us of the dangers that abound. Really it's just like Jesus dying for our sins.

God stands outside the realms of time and space, therefore he sees our future as History. All that was written in the bible has already happened and we are simply living it out in our finite world.

God is in complete control and He already knows the decisions we are going to make and that is why the bible is infallable as it is technically a history book, inspired by God, that contains ever shrinking portions that we have not lived out yet...

Judging by the headlines of this year so far, it would appear that the final chapters of humanity are about to be completed...

I believe that G_d is retaking control. Truth will once again regain its power over the lies that have infected our society and lead us back to a saner world where people and their G_d, not money, are at the center of life.

I don't think God needs control since everything is made of His substance (like when you use frozen water - ice - to build things); but sometimes the tiny souls need some help when the bullies taken to much control and start wrecking the whole creation.

...as we are co-creators with God...and we are each a part of creator source...and we have a new contract with each succeeding lifetime in order to increase our spiritual knowledge which is the wisdom we discern generated from our spirit which never forgets...look within...know that all of us are playing a part in this living drama between the dark forces and the light...free will offers each the choice of paths to take regarding their karmic fulfillment...a lot of karma has traversed the time planes of Mother Gaia and she has absorbed so much...she is now releasing this karma which manifests in all the weather anomalies not induced by scaler technology which is prevelant around the world in G-8 countries...Mother is cleansing as she periodically does...remember...meditate for your soul's memories which it never forgets...ascension is in store for those desiring it...free will allows you to remain behind...so the answer is...we the people being co-creators have decided that we are...justice and accountability is in our future...so is world cleansing and ascension...who wants to come along for the ride...join the light...Esu (Jesus) told us...it is never too late to repent and believe...love one another...^j^...
