I have had one interview in a group of 4 people interviewed at once. I was the only white person. Made the shortlist and got a second interview, waiting for the third and final interview. Why the hell was I the only white guy? The other three candidates had no programming experience at all, though one lady was a recent PhD in statistical analysis and obviously very intelligent. Is there some kind of law that requires companies to hire non whites? Not a law but our HR department desperately wants to improve our diversity numbers and so many times will allow hiring of only minorities or women, white men need not apply |
