My point that the Italians (mostly in Sicily) likely had Some Negro or Arab blood mixed in with them thousands of years ago. Not saying they are Begro, but not pure either. And some Brits are darker than Italians. Never liked the Brits myself, kind of a bastard mix of people without their own unique culture. Welsh,Irish, Scottish and Yorkshire is fine though Canadians have patented talking garbage haven't they?
