Thing is I perfected the wines and now I want to refine them. I am tired and there is a lot to learn. Simple suggestions would help.

Just making wine was a huge thing for me to learn, only because I don't have a lot of contacts. Once I figured it out I could write a paragraph to explain it.

So far I made rum, watermellon brandy and corn whiskey. All by mistake and trial.

funny. last batch I did was a sweet feed. Cheap As fuck (about $7 for 40 lbs.) Problem was it was pellets.

From previous experience my mind told me to remove the mass quick. I did so and turned out to be a sweet tasting rum (due to all the molasses).

Means a lot. Totally understand. I am there too!
