I don't trust pre-prepared meals in the frozen food section or mixes in boxes anymore. I avoid grains and sugar. Beans have replaced grains. Just about every night I have a big garden salad for dinner made of any or all of the following: lettuce (any kind except for iceberg) or baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers (in a variety of colors), raw broccoli, cauliflower, avocado, black olives, chives, and sprouts (lentil, alfalfa, mung, and/or broccoli sprouts). Sometimes I add garbanzo beans or dump a can of sardines on top. Maybe I'll grate in some carrots or beets. For a salad dressing, I use olive oil and either unfiltered apple cider vinegar or the fresh juice of a squeezed lemon. |

She said watch this. She filled another glass have full of Metamucil added water and it turned into one huge globe of jelly... She explained that, the huge gobe of jelly will sit on your stomach for four to five hours keeping you feeling full. She does it twice a day. I'm guessing this isn't good for ya. Just thought I would throw this out there. |

A can of green beans, heated up with no salt or butter added makes a filling meal. Same with kidney or black beans. Been eating like this and losing weight. Only drink water or 100% juice. I have peanuts and almonds to snack on. Eat hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit for breakfast. Its been amazing how better I feel and how clearer I think. |

Make the pudding with skim milk, makes four servings so about 50 calories per serving, another 30 -40 calories for couple tablespoons of cool whip. Satisfies craving for something sweet after dinner or evening snacking for under 100 calories!!! Not sure about chemicals in the pudding and cool whip, can't be that bad, the milk is nutritious and it sure beats 600-700 calories of a typical dessert or snack. I started fasting and I love it.
