It was filed by a group called AMERICANS UNITED FOR SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE. The entire basis for the case is religious discrimination. A claim which has been thoroughly debunked by Trump and his supporters. One of the claims is that the Order denies Muslims the practice of their religion because they could not go to Mecca once a year and then get back into the country. Who is really behind this and how was this allowed to happen? This situation went before many Federal Judges throughout the country. None of them found merit. How can one judge, in one state over turn a Presidential Executive Order. This whole think stinks.
